Deepika Sharing A Photo With Ranbir Kapoor Has Wrecked DeepVeer Fans

Okay, so DeepVeer, as in the cult of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh shippers, is strong. But, just like an insecure partner in any relationship, we all harbour the fear that Deeps may not be over her ex just yet even though it has been almost nine years since she broke up with Ranbir Kapoor, who cheated on her very infamously with Katrina Kaif. Every time Deepika looks at Ranbir, her eyes full of longing be it on the ramp, at a promotional event, or while walking the ramp for Manish Malhotra this is us.

She looks at Ranbir exactly how Ranveer looks at her! Apart from a few lovey-dovey comments on Ranveer's Instagram posts, Deeps has barely ever indulged in PDA with her current beau - be it online or offline. Now, Deepika has gone ahead and shared a photo of herself and Ranbir with the caption "jab naina met bunny and the DeepVeer fans are feeling slightly wrecked everywhere.

Nobody can ignore the fiery chemistry that exists between Ranbir and Deepika. From Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani to Tamasha, millennials have witnessed the rawness between the two ill-fated lovers, who were the media's darling couple once upon a time. When they walked together, hand in hand, in bridal finery, as Manish Malhotra's showstoppers at the annual Mijwan show, DeepVeer fans looked away. Ranbir walked in a floral black bandhgala, white kurta and tapered trousers, while Deepika as usual glowed in a sparkling, white, fitted lehenga with a naked choli and an extended dramatic hem.

The show was over almost two weeks ago, and now we see Deepika is channelling her inner Naina on her Instagram all of a sudden. You know what happened to Naina, right? She lost her Bunny, AKA Kabir, only to have him realise his folly, recognising his one true love and crawling back to her towards the fag end of Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. Wouldn't that be a happy ending for DeepBir fans? But, where does that leave our bae Ranveer... and us? Where, huh?
