The episode starts with Zoya on the hospital bed ... Outside her room Noor wonders if she should inform ammi but decides against it
Madhu calms n consoles upset noor lovingly
Adi is seen arriving there
Paramedic informs that zoya's vitals were stable and they could see her
Noor goes in a blasts Zoya for being careless, not thinking of her sis noor , that noor could not live with out appi
.Sister asks Adi to go to reception n complete the rest of the admission formalities
Noor decides to go and asks Adi to be with Zoya
Adi goes to meet Zoya and sits at bedside stool .
Zoya hair is fallen on forehead .
He is about to push it back , but decides against it
He rises n is about to go away when Zoya grabs his hand n thanks him for saving her life
He turns to stare at her
He thanks him for saving him from something he would have regretted all his,life
Zoya stares at Adi as he is walking out . She tries to reach out for a glass of water ... Butnit slips outnof her hand n shatters on the floor
At mussoorie a family foto shatters as it falls down
Roshna is worried n gets bad vibes .. She decides to call Zoya . Wasim taunts her
Roshna Finds zoya u reachable , she calls Noor
Noor is not there but Mahi picks up her mobile
Mahi hears Roshna talking .
Mahi learns how Noor had lied to them about coming for internship . She had run away from home . Mahi is amused to know these truths about Noor . That their abbu was always worried for them n their benefit only . If she had guven them some more time abbu would have changed his mind about her wedding .
Roshna tries to ask how was Zoya .. Mahi fakes having bad cough . And pretends to be noor n hears all that Roshna had to say , she decides to tell Zoya about Noor's truth .
Noor offers Zoya's fav cols from the canteen .
She tries to cheer up Zoya ..
Adinis telling Arjun about staying back at hospital for the night .
Asi over hears sister telling Madhu about clearing the bills
25,000/- was admission charges for private room . Treatment n investigation ps would be much more .
Sister says if they had financial problesm they could shift Zoya to general ward .
Mahi agrees to the idea of shifting to gen ward .
Madhu n noor are against it. They feel Zoya's treatment comes first .
As Ward staff are shifting Zoya to gen ward Adi stops them and says he had taken care of bills
Madhu protests that Zoya was their bahu and they would foot the bills Adi should not bother .
Adi says the trustee was his friend He had spoken him into giving them discount .lthey need not worry abiut bills
Adi jokes that no one could tolerate Zoya as she was so irritating . So she better stay in private room for benefitnof others
Arjun thunks that bhai hated Zoya so much yet he was staying back at hospital for her !! What was this rishtaa bhai had with zoya ??
Harsh discusses the legal problem with arjun , but he replies that bei g well known lawyer harsh could handle in much better way , but harsh says he wanted to know if Arjun could handle this .
Arjun agrees to discuss with lawyer next morning.
Sakshi comes to npmeet Zoya pshe tells her that she dis. Ot know that she was Zoya . She just felt peace n consolation after talking to zoya , she was so impressed with her deep knowledge of life n pain .
She did. Otnk ow that zoya's pain was because of sakshi as pooja was her daughter . Lpooja had turned Zoya's life unside down
Seeks forgiveness from pooja's side
Zoya asks sakshi not to say sorry lshe never knew Pooja , all her shikwa shikatat was from yash .
Sakshi apologises for giving her pooja's saree unknowingly .
She was goin goutnof the eay to help poojs fulfil her wishes but she had to face angry Asi because if this saree .

Adi recollects how he had shouted at Zoya , blamed her for trusting her husband. For not seeing the truth , for being stupid, that she deserved getting cheated by her pati
Adi regrets it all , nlames himself for her suicide attempt .
Zoya walks out of hospital despite being very weak .. The nurse tries to dissuade her .
Adi watches her walking out in depressed state .
