I dont think so... Naina can easily recognize sam's handwriting... It should be sam only.

It cant be - naina was super happy with the rose plant in the precap for the week..

its definitely Sameer making her concentrate on her studies as the exams are nearing and not worry about him...so that he can get the space he needs and she concentrates on her studies..

Sammy would write the letter and he would be harsh with her...maybe he scolds her for the lipstick mark so that she keeps away from him as he considers himself lucky

The way vo said...whatever he was doing would be giving pain to his Mom and to his Naina...im sure he would write it😳
