you know what Anisa, I really dont know what to expect from the story line right now, which is so messed up to my current muddled state of mind. But, I want to see if the writer is willing to give a chance to explore Annika's character this time.

Good to see your post. I agree on your points. But I just wanted a confrontation between shivika before anni walks out. Like most of us anni must've been fed up with billu's blackmailed shaadis. Wish she could've told shivaay how angry and fed up she was of this and put his family first ( if she thinks like that). Anyway so I am as angry with anni too this time.

Your post is like a Heal on the wounds at chaos time.

Annika feels she imagined her importance to him. To her, if push comes to shove, he'd toss her out for the family's sake. No he wouldn't dear, he'd try his best to do both together, you give him too little credit. Still this time he did choose you, but it didn't turn out so well.

So Annika wants to forget him, as he had forgotten her. I've said before, Annika has been extremely patient with all of Shivaay's schemes in the past, forgiving things instantly. SO this time if she wants to be mad and take no more sh*t, I'm fine with that. The straw broke the camel's back. A Limit was reached. She's justified to be angry, but she should've expressed her hurt and anger and THEN left him. But when story is determined to separate them into this state, what can we do.

But i do not agree that she should have spoken to him.

But why???

Why did Shivaay not take her into confidence and say that ":Look Bua is blackmailing me into marrying some one, but it would be a fake one like Tia. I can not reveal the reason but will come back on that." He was as it is going to tell her the reason after his return.

The moment bua told him that Anika witnessed the wedding, why did he run??? Because he knew how it would have looked it to Anika .

Every time you just can not say trust me, I can not tell you, i will tell you at the right time and expect her to jut trust you blindly.

It is not like she has not given him enough chances. She has trusted him blindly and repeatedly. She even forgave him when he did not expect her to. She has understood and supported him when he was not sure she would.

This time it was too much for her. She was not even willing to believe when bua told her. She went on saying that it is Sivaay's plan. Then after the photographs and kangan episode she said if it would have been Shivaay's plan... he would not have prolonged it for this long.

What would she talk about???

She believed that he married the second time (she knew that bua was blakmailing Shivaay) for family.

The forced wedding scenes playing was an indication that Shivaay has done it once for family and he did it again for family. She did not doubt his love!!! She just felt betrayed. Especially after both had promised that they would share secrets. Any body of us can fee the same. Anika has full right to be angry at Shivaay!!!

Shivaay also knew that she believes that when it comes to choose between family and her , whom would he choose. So he should have given her the benefit of doubt.

But Shivaay did not give Anika even chance. (remember when he saw Daksh and her in the room during the ONS MU) Did he go and ask Anika?? No!!!He presumed.

But what did Shivaay do, just looked at the CC TV and concluded that Anika filed the complaint. Even if she did, would she be wrong?? She just witnessed her husband whom she loved to distraction, get married to some one else. She was told that due to the Oberoi's her father was accused and had to commit suicide. What would any girl do??

How many chances has Shivaay given Anika?? How many benefit of doubts??? First time she is angry and leaves him, he does not even look for her (minus the bus stand). According to me the moment Veer dumped her back to OM, he should have rushed back when she said that she wanted him. The last conversation over the phone should have been a face to face one.

Annika's anger is the only thing I like about this track. Not even going to acknowledge that person stuck like chewing gum on SSO's shoe. Yuck.

The sudden disorienting shift in the mood of Oberoi house was jarring. After 2 weeks of extreme stress and sense of impending doom, catastrophe happened and suddenly all are picking up pieces in soft focus blurred lighting. Like a new show. (Methinks somebody else, is at the helm at even characterization looks off the usual. Gul, is it? It looks like pilot and intro week again)

Anyway, to me, when LM returns is when characters start oozing their old depth and chemistry again. I'm reserving judgement til then. Stuffy know it all, am I? Well, it's from watching too many GulKhan shows. Signature Jodi needs the Magician.

Okay so, that little scene where it looked like Shivaay and Annika were cozily talking first thing in the morning was a cruel practical joke. It fools one into thinking he's got her safe somewhere with Sahil, and he's fixing everything on his end. Well, coz Bua's aim was to decimate them right? But when did Shivaay show such forward smartness. Nope, he's a man on a mission. Fixing the Oberoi House that Annika supposedly broke on her way out.

Impatiently waiting (few days later) for Shakti and Tej to return home from jail with a hero's welcome with dhol music would've been sarcastic in any other household. All looking happy and fresh as Shivaay is only one in black and anxious about his mother. Wow, makers gotta put a little meat in their characters, they're suddenly looking shallow. Weird it was. Only Shivaay (slightly) looks like he's been living in hell since it all happened. Nope, misery is yet to be seen.

I feel he "hisab baraabar is for Bua. Shivaay is hunting down Bua, and that's how he got the Dads out. Bua has already planted her mole in their house. Good grief.

Annika has gotten a job in event management, and the job is in Mumbai, she reluctantly comes back (MS in hand !!?) and vows to get her footing. Fate would have it that Fashion show is for the T20 team that SSO bought. Good grief.

So the whole family is going for some fresh air and distraction from their "misery to a fashion show.

I'm game. Show me frosty Annika please. I need.

I am totally in. She should completely ignore Shivaay and his clan. She has been taken for granted many a times.

I would have loved if Annika had confronted Shivaay and THEN walked off.What she did is running away from your fears and insecurities but that does not help in the long run.You got to face your demons!

Shivaay Singh Oberoi may have a tough exterior but he is a softie at heart but hides it.He is a coconut.His hurt is justified but nafrat----No! I guess that word is the expression of his hurt and frustration.

Cold and dismissive Annika?? You got to be kidding! That's like waving a red rag to the bull!

I am having a gut feeling that we are getting a reboot of the forced shaadi----- Shivaay blackmailing Annika regarding Saahil's treatment (there you go! Saahil/Annika's family) and forcing her to come back to OM.Annika will get to remember and realise what happens when you are blackmailed regarding family and what you have to do then.
