Today forum hot topic is " kabir second marriage" and I don't get from where this news pop up😆

I think its just a speculation as its a Muslim based show and most common knowledge every person know about Muslims is " 4 wives".

Islam is more than marriage laws.

Now the main concern I have is how this show will reach its main point " triple talaq"... Since first episode, CWS want to define importance of real talaq procedure in Islam.

What I speculate is talaq will be an outburst of kabir due to any one or combine villain forces😆...uptil now shabaz sahab doesn't care about ruks but who knows, ruks may get to know something and start blackmailing😃

What I think is CWS will create misunderstanding which will result in first talaq...and here CWS will establish importance of actual talaq that if kabir would have given all 3 in one go, their marriage would have ended.they will patchup before third talaq as every talaq require certain period in which both parties think and have chance to resolve issue and get back.

I don't think they will move into second marriage stuff as that's quite predictable.secondly, they want to portray women empowerment ( not saying that multiple marriage takes any women power away.its in religion and justified if done under prescribed conditions)...

But here a psychopath is after kabir and there are no reasons which allows kabir to get married.so maybe, they will show Zara standing for her rights and against 2nd marriage and CWS giving message which conditions allow more than one marriage.because in our society, nobody cares what conditions are...they just quote " its allowed" ..nothing else.

CWS are mature,unpredictable and truly amazing...for the first time, I am trusting Indian TV writers😆

I also think its just rumour. They will create ITT scenario for ZaBeer but Kabir will have to accept ITT is wrong.

Even I'm thinking on the same grounds i don't think this show is about marriages but is all about talak... Even i think circumstance what every they are will lead to talak and they the period between the talak will actually help them to sort out things and at end no talak happens helping kabeer in realising it's importance...

I think this show will deal with other topics also...Rukhsar or Siraj are there oNly to help the leads to fall in love and in india television industry if there are no real black characters and family polities and drama serial dies as it does not get TRPs...

Maybe. Maybe the show is about talak. But maybe Zara's version of Talak. Since Kabeer and Zara will fall in love and will be seperated by whatever bad tidings will come their way. The timings between talak will help Zabeer com closer. Hence Kabeer will accept Zara's version of Talak and not instant talak.

The timing between each talak will be their testing period whether its Rukhsar, shebaz and his dream or something else.

What I feel is kabir is main pillar in whole story...

He is one who can hold or break relation...Zara can just try every effort but at end, its all kabir😃

Disagree.

Like Zara said in train, no man can break a relation w.o the woman's consent. He can't make unilateral decisions, Zara won't let him.😆

I was not saying in divorce way.

I said that story revolves around kabir which is not usual to watch in TV.

Here Zara is a major character but until now she is not shown in an angle which needs to be rectified.

Whereas, kabir has certain aspects which needs reconsiderations.

And even in train scene, Zara meant in a way that actual talaq gives both parties( not only women) a chance to think sensibily .unlike triple talaq, where only men makes decision.

In actual talaq even, if either parties is adament for talaq, it will happen.

If women seeks for separation and men doesn't agree, she goes for khulla.

But, a men can give talaq even if women wants reconciliation if he is rigid to do so.

Whenever divorce is mentioned in relation to islam, especially media portrayals of it, they only ever mention triple talaaq, but never mention the female version of islamic divorce called khula, wherein women have even more rights in this case than the man, as a man has to have a waiting period of 3 months between the first, second and third time he says talaaq, and if he changes his mind before he says talaaq the third time, he can stop this talaaq procedure and carry on with his marriage, but the man only has two chances at invoking this talaaq procedure. Khula on the other hand gives a woman the right to give instant talaaq and nullification of her marriage to her husband without having a waiting period like her husband. As far as I know, men can exhuast the two chances they have been given to divorce their wife, but a woman has no such restriction on the number of chances.

I don't understand why people have suddenly started discussing about divorce and second marriages. ZaBir are just coming close yet everyone seems eager to see how they go far from each other. These dicussions is making me want to quit watching altogether.

No offence to the TM but really can we just leave aside divorce and seperation track and actually enjoy the sweet ZaBir moments peacefully please?
