I heard it to be the story of a modern Devdas with Devdas finally getting the girl or something! 🤔

But Shahid has done such wacko roles before in Udta and Kameene! 😳

The entire movie is a flashback so u know he does end up with the girl right from the first scene itself, it is just that by the time it happens, you freaking don't care anymore.

I heard it is the same director for hindi too, and I am not sure it is very good idea. This movie really needs someone who would adapt it well for a different region. The same director would be too attached to the scenes, might not be willing to let go of a few unnecessary characters or story arcs. And also, might not be able to translate the humor for a different setting.
