also Yesterday Kabir was saying something in Burkha talk-pakhiza something what was that?I don't remember exact word actually!

@ bold 😆 even I didn't know them until recently. The misconception about Burka is very common.

I really don't have the exact idea on why they wear it. Its something to do with saving themselves from men's gaze and its recommended. For some its culture, for some compulsion and for some their own choice. They don't wear it inside the house, they usually wear it outside or in front of non mehrams ie strangers.

He said Pakizah which means pure. He was saying that he finds girls wearing burka pure since they are like covered and away from the bad eyes of the men.

I have noticed even muslim guys wear ful sleeved loose long kurtas and pajamas/ salwar , they also some times have scarf ... .. Is it to hide from women's eyes ??

there is a Quranic verse which instructs for believing men to lower their gaze and guard their modesty and believing women to lower their gaze and guard their modesty'
so to answer your question, yes men are also instructed to cover themselves

So its the same for both men n women ... This is nice ... In arabic countries , both men n women are seen fully covered ...
