That is quite possible a creep and leech like Param raping Roshni. I think he may purposely leave some sort of fabricated evidence behind to make everyone including Roshni think it was Adi and she will file a rape case on him. Shravan may witness it but will be blackmailed or threatened to keep his mouth shut by Param. Aliya won't believe that Adi can do something like this and will be determined to prove him innocent finally exposing Param and Adi will realise the value of his wife.

Aliya may be immature at times but she is a lovely girl who always respected him and his family considering them their own. I wanted Adi to realise Aliya's value without this rape case but seems like that won't be happening still whatever he should get his lusty eyes of other woman and give Aliya all the love, respect and happiness she deserves as his wife.

Criminals roaming scot free is no big deal in YHM an example of this is Shagun kidnapping Ishita but still roaming around scot free. The same will happen with Param and Simmi.
