My husband's plan for adoption

My husband and I have been married for 3 years already, the dating tour I attended before bridged the gap between us and became a couple. Now, our main concern is my incapability to conceive a baby. We did everything but it seems that we're not really meant to have one. We went to a lot of doctors, get checked, even take medications but still a failure. Just yesterday, my husband talked about his plan for adoption. I understand his need for a child and I want to consider it. Will this help? Is adopting can satisfy our longing for a child?
