Avni does not have a disease, she is not going to die. Avni passed out today because she was drugged, that is it. The reason Avni is telling Mitali to be there for Neil because she cannot is because of the secret she is keeping and that secret is Prakash killing her mother. This is what Sunheri was talking about, it had nothing to do with a kid. If that were the case Sunheri would not have asked Avni the other day why she is partial with Mowgli, she would have pushed Avni to reconcile with Neil but now it is making sense why she has been reserved its because she knows about Prakash. Avni is determined to keep this secret as long as she can and who can blame her? It is after all why she stayed away from her loved ones for ten years, she just cannot see Prakash go to jail for the murder of her mother or worse the fear she had of him killing himself and not to mention how this would affect Neil. It is something that would devastate her family even though Prakash was drugged it won't take away his guilt just like it didn't take away Neil's when he thought he could have been responsible.
About Mowgli being Avni and Neil's son I still have my doubts about this because the CVs never had any intention to make them parents and it just does not make sense why Avni would have her own child call her Jaan Didi. Avni would not deprive her child of that love especially if her child were to come face to face with his family after so many years. I hope the writers don't go there because it doesn't fit with everything that was shown so far.
In regards to Neil and Mitali why is it being assumed he is going to marry Mitali? Neil made it clear to Mitali that he does not love her, she is only a friend and I don't see him changing his mind to spite Avni especially when he did not do so after learning the truth. Neil is not interested in marrying again, he still loves Avni and is just hurting because she took a drastic step without him. Another thing, Mitali won't repeat after being rejected it does not matter what Avni said if she knows Neil as well as she says and loves him she won't push herself upon him like that. Mitali now has a chance to reunite two people who never fell out of love with each other, this is not going to be a love triangle the writers wanted to go that route they would not have shown those scenes with Mitali and Neil earlier this week.
