I like how you wrote the prologue using the original plot but all four are friends with your own interpretation and idea..

How you describe their pain through the rain's droplet.

Differencing the past and present.

How Zoya used to love the rain... that she would dance in it as if it's no tomorrow but now due to the "pain" she's on the other side with Adi replacing Pooja (like taking her space if that makes sense). Loathing the rain... staring at nothing but the rain pouring down trapped in the past with the memories spend with Yash and Pooja.

The two staring at the rain to me shows rebirth. Rebirth of emotions.

The two are destroyed so therefore they hate the rain now but eventually they'll come out to the "reality" and move on.

Support one another, and eventually fall in love with the rain again.

The title fits well with the prologue.
