Awesome 👏 amazing post and indepth analysis...never thought about it this way...so true ..life is all about focus and balance and Bicycle is symbolic of this...also cycle needs air like we humans need oxygen and for those in love oxygen is being one with each other...Sameer and Naina though apart are one soul in 2 bodies...as Sameer said during his breakdown scene jab tum hasthi ho tho khushi mujhe hoti hain...jab tum roti ho tho dard mujhe hota hain...and Naina who has been do madly deeply in love with Sameer since day 1...all she wanted was Sameer's love from the time she saw him...when he hurt his finger while cutting the vegetables during the Mt.Abu episodes and was upset with her and told chot mujhe lagi hain na tho tumhe kaise mehsoos hoga...she deliberably burnt her fingers...that was one of the most emotional moment..a person who is ready to hurt herself go through pain just to feel his pain 😭 ..I really hope the makers will not let us down and show this simple sweet, innocent, pure love between Naina and Sameer. Hoping for the best for YUDKBH.

I am in love with your symbolism posts!
'You have to keep your eyes on the goal, not the ground'
That line simply says everything..
Bicycle is a form of transport that teaches us a valuable lesson in life- Balance. Balance in everything.

The trust she has on him is visible during the bicycle ride and handhold... Earlier she slapped him for holding her hands... Now she herself is willingly and happily holding his hands... The trust between them have grown leaps and bounds.

Bicycle ride as u said needs focus and balancing... Otherwise we will fall... She trusts him enough that he wont let her fall... Indirectly it was like he wont let her fail in life and she too will trust him always.

Look at how we starts learning to ride bicycle in childhood... What we did was first someone will help us balance by holding the bicycle from behind... We fully trusts tbat person.. Then slowly when we start balancing, they stops holding and we learn to balance the cycle ourselves... Just like that in life too, our parents supports us from behind till we learn to balance ourselves... Once we learn to balance, they leave us on our own to ride ourselves.

Simi mujhe bhi ye hi kehna tha... but as usual i struggle writing 😆

Minu what a lovely post yaar...
So well written about the connection of bicycle and samaina ..

It's true in olden days we use to see this movies 80's & 90's ...like the 2 wheel balancing the bicycle these two as a couple will balance issues ahead in life.

What a post, Minu!!! And lovely lines - it is not a race, it is a journey and one must have immense faith and implicit TRUST on the driver of the bike (life partner here). Too good.
