Hello Friends,
Although i am not that to active in posting posts but i do read all the posts out here.

So let me start with my feedback for first season...

Namik Paul (Shiv): Minimum screnspace but did full justice to his character. This guy didnt had any dialogs for first 58 episodes but he stole the show with his expressions. But yes was very disappointed with his characterization.Being a ghost still he had tooo many limitations. But with so little screenspace and limitations Namik pulled off the character flawlessly ⭐️.

Vikram Singh Chauhan (Vyom): This guy surprised me with his acting 👏. I had not seen his previous show completely only saw bits and pieces. He had taken a huge risk by taking up a completely dark character as he had played the lover boy character in his previous show. I personaly like him more in negative character now.

Donal Bisht (Sharanya): Honestly never got connected to this character since beginning. But one thing for sure she has improved a lot from 1st episode. Yes she is very good looking but she still has to work hard especially on her emotional scenes since there are two strong male leads opposite her.

Story/Concept/Dialogs/Execution: I got attracted to this serial mainly for two reasons firstly it was Namiks comeback show (yes i have seen EDKV and has been his fan since then) and secondly the concept of love triangle with supernatural twist to it. But i was highly disappointed with the entire execution of the story, characterization of the leads especially Sharanya and Shiv. Backstory was shown into bits and pieces and hence somewhere i could not get fully connected to Shivanyas love story and also neither Vanyas love story. Something was missing in both the love stories. It was half cooked and baked. After a while i started feeling that this serial has been written for only one character i.e. Vyom. Vyoms psychoness was becoming monotonous. Shiv and Sharanyas CIDgiri was becoming monotonous. The pace of the story was way tooo slow. They were going into circles. Equal justice was not given to each character.

But yes Shivanya will be my favorite and will definatly miss them ❤️ .

This was my small review for EDT season 1. I am really hoping that these all things will not get repeated in season 2.

PS: This is just my point of view. Healthy discussion is welcome. Bashers can stay away from this post.

Agree with you mostly .

Have become Namik fan after watching this serial and then went back and watched EKDV .

Donal has certainly improved a lot . But they have made Sharanya unnecessarily dumb.

Shiv was excellent but we expected more wisdom from a ghost. He was too bhole-bhala

Vikram is a powerful actor but I would say it is not difficult to portray a psycho character because overacting is expected . What I liked about VSC acting was his psycho comic timing .

Liked the pace of the season at the end and just after ghost Shiv was revealed to Sharanya
