Seeing Donal's pic in bridal attires and Odhni being there, here is my theory. Its Sharanyas antim sanskar and Odhni senses Sharanya being reborn that too on the same day. Rajan uses his connections to figure out where is a girl born in the city and then takes her and adopts her so that when she grows up she can marry Vyom, who is alive. But it was a mistake as Sharanya might be born elsewhere. This explains why they show glimpse of Sharanya in Shivani.
