Hey Meenakshi... I have worked with Nielsen and TCS in India... and along with that I did my part time post graduation course... It was proper degree course, so it was considered.

While one of my friends did a Distance MBA and that wasn't considered.

Again this is the same time period as Dhruvi mentioned - 2010... So not sure if anything has changed now..

I was in Rameshwar estate building when I worked with Nielsen... Advanced Analytic Consulting Team... This whole team was then shifted to TCS and after that we used to sit in Alembic Business Park office...

Part time MBA is better than distant MBA. No one gives value to distant MBA. So if your job is satisfactory for you, keep doing that. Do the MBA when you will get time.
According to my experience job is more precious than MBA degree.
