Yesterday was what a few people called a Black Day for Bollywood'. Actor Salman Khan was convicted in the Black Buck Poaching Case and was sentenced to 5 years of imprisonment, while other actors involved in the case - Saif Ali Khan, Neelam Kothari, Tabu and Sonali Bendre walked away scot-free.

While many opinions and judgments were put up on social media all through yesterday, producer Vikas Gupta who met and interacted with the superstar in Bigg Boss Season 11, also put forth his opinion on twitter this morning.

Just jotted down what I really feel about @BeingSalmanKhan and this current scenario . Backlash is expected but You stand for what you feel is right .

Well, Vikas pointed out quite a few strong points which did make sense like-

1) How could a city-bred Salman kill 2 black bucks and 3 chinkaras single-handedly?

2) He pointed out how if Salman actually shot one animal, the other would have run away and that shooting with 2 hands was impossible to even if such stunts were shown in movies.

3) Vikas also asked people to research about how many people have been awarded a 5-year jail term' for hunting of animals.

Achievers in life always face issues. They need to be careful as they are on top of the ladder and there are people trying to pull them down. Now if you are a celebrity then you have ADDED problem as you are known and famous too.

Lets think of it like a ladder

Salman Khan is at top of the ladder

- Immediately beneath him will be superstars of his level. Akshay and Shahrukh for example. They do not want anything bad but wont mind a "little break" from their friend.

- Beneath them will be upcoming...well some of them like Ranveer have been upcoming for 10 years but lets leave that. They will be pulling both Akshay / Salman level. They are desperate

- Then there will be side actors. CLassic example is Farhan Akhtar. I bet he will be happy because he has always been overshadowed by Khans and now new comers (relative to him) are crossing him and he is running like milkha singh in circles and not moving forward

- Then will come industry haters. Vivek, Aishwariya and Arjit Singh will be there trying to pull as well. Interesting thing is that their passion to pull is more than level 1 people like SRK but their value is so low that despite all the emotions their impact will be low

- Then cheapster from TV shows like OM will be in line

- Then business rivals, politicians, general enemies

- Then gate opens for jantaa. The one in "pain' for black buck

When you are this level...a millionaire...there is a lot good that is going for u. billions love u..ur movies are hit..ur making money..u r a true superstar. with this good there is bound to come bad and these celebs know it. they still want to do it.

Kindda like dynasty politics..ur mother got shot...ur father got hanged but u still want to be a politician..why? its a nasha

My analysis is that u are never treated on merit..sometimes you get favors while at other times u get these stupid clownish decisions where judge is trying to act shaana and popular ...went overboard and with full 5 years coming out as a clown moire than anything and will probably be thrashed by superior court. but he had his 5 minute of fame...I am also against such cheap mindset. This shows these people have still not achieved optimal when it comes to this.

5 years for one person and rest free in itself will be ground for throwing this decision in trash can. This judge gave a terrible decision from point of view of law. By acquitting others he has signed a acquittal for Salman as well..what a joker.

Deer hunting is popular among rich...deer meat is considered best. My guess is that Saif Khan is behind this as he must have told the crew that lets go for hunting... hiran ka gosht try kartein hain

He should be the main culprit.
