After expressing my frustration with Zo's non-existent brain yesterday, this morning I remembered an incident which happened a long time back while I was in school. So, I had to share. Because it made me realize that not all girls have the same level of understanding of what is in front of them and what people are actually insinuating. Kind of funny creepy story this is.
Teenage days - After school, I and 7 of my girlfriends went for a movie in the evening (It was K3G btw so no pre-booking options at that theatre). Girls had seperate queue to get tickets and there were very less women so we got it easily. Guys had a looong line and many were wondering if they would get it before it is houseful. So many strange guys wanted girls to help them out but the guy at the ticket counter recognized us and refused more tickets.
Few of my friends went to find good seats and I was left outside the theatre with an older girl waiting for 2 of my friends who were late. 2 guys who were eyeing us for sometime approached us (looked total lafangas and seriously creepy looks). They simply stood in front us staring and then 1 of them said " Ayegi kya?". Now even at that age, I understood what they were asking but before I could say anything, my older friend, to my horror, struck up a conversation, explaining why she was not interested. I laughed about it afterward but it was so not funny at that time. This is what she said "No, we are not interested. We have been here for some time now. And they will not let us." I was confused so were those guys. Then I realized she was talking about refusing to help them buy tickets as the guy at the counter won't give it. I pulled her and ran inside. When I explained, she was horrified too.
Though this in no way can be related to what Zo did in the precap, I guess we could say that some people just don't get it while others do. This girl was older and supposed to look out for me. No harm down because I was there! Maybe her brain does not work that way while mine instantly clicked into defence mode.! Anyways, such things do happen. So I cannot blame CVs anymore as I have seen such live stupidity.
