PART ONE
It was not even an hour since she got into the car and she started cursing herself for coming to the trip. It was not at all good that she had started getting bored since she entered the car. All she was doing was rolling her eyes, pressing her head and tapping her seat with a tight smile on her face. If asked to her, never did she wanted to attend the meeting with a lovely dovey couple practically sucking each other. Thanks to the technology that they weren't visible to the driver or her. But the car was not that soundproof to avoid the irritating sounds. In no time her palms balled into a fist as she started slamming the door sideways fed up with what was happening. "Could you please drive fast" she said to the driver as he nodded going through the same struggle.
They were on the airport when they heard that the flight was on time but they were early. "Baby, why are early. I will get bored" the bosses wife, Mrs Tia Robin D'souza muttered stomping her feet. "It's just ten minutes ma'am, we are just ten minutes early" the woman raised her eyebrow giving Gauri an are you challenging me look' and turned to her husband. "Baby, I need to do something. I just can't sit here" Gauri sighed and sat on one of the chairs holding a magazine to her. She just concentrated on those not so important stuff rather than her boss trying to satisfy his wife who was not ready to listen at all.
"Hello miss, going somewhere?" she jumped in fear before turning to have a look at him. "Hello Miss Gauri Kumari Sharma" he smirked. "What are you doing here?" her eyebrows furrowed. "Oh actually I was called by my dear friend to accompany him" lie, she knew it but couldn't do anything else than roll her eyes. "Hello Daksh, anything special buddy?" Robin interfered as she smiled trying not to laugh. "Robin, you called me " he spoke gritting his teeth making it more difficult for her to control her laughter. "Me??" Robin pointed his index finger to his side. "Yes you" he answered as his eyes grew big trying to convince him.
"Aah.. Baby I did, remember I told you we will be having him around" Tia crunched Robin's sleeves tight. "Oh yeah, I am g...glad you are here" he shook his hand still confused.
The announcement was made soon when Gauri got up picking her bag and started walking. Daksh was behind her while the two love birds walked arm in arm. 'What if suddenly she trips on those pointed heels of her... That tic toc tic toc would convert into thud' she smiled but soon covered it with her hands. She walked into the plane not even surprised about the fact that Daksh was trying to come close to her. She tried to shift as far as she could but eventually could not. Sighing she sat on her seat, but since everyone knows how jerks are he had his seat just beside her.
She decided not to look at him and concentrate on her first flight. She turned towards the window to look at the cotton ball like things that appeared to be moving with them. The sky blue colour wrapping around it as the ground seems so small and everything almost was converted into tiny state of it. "Beautiful " she murmured.
The flight seemed to be going silent before the passenger next to her decided to open his mouth. "So, what do you think?" he started. "Mujhe kya sochna hai?" she shrugged. "You know about... About us... " he answered. "About us?? she raised a bow. "Yeah.. You know aaj jo hua... As if kismat bhi hume milana chahti hai" he smiled and blushed. "I am feeling sleepy " she faked a yawn. She crunched her eyes tight as she held out a loud sigh trying to indicate that she actually was tired.
Here was Daksh and at her back lied two love jerks. "Baby", "Babu", "sweetheart", "Darling", now all these words irked her. Who on this earth does this showing to the world that you love each other? Love was something that should matter for the person in the heart. The world neither needs to know it and nor to judge it. It has to stay in the heart especially reserved for the one whom you love. It is just a feeling that has only to be felt. Only to be cherished by two people who love each other. It is a language of eyes and has to be heard only by heart. No one has to interfere and you don't need to be attached with your love every second to show the world that you are in love. You don't need to be with him forever, you don't need to give it a name,a connection between the hearts is enough to prove that you are in love.
They landed after what seemed like hours to her because of the stupid company she had. She stood to take her luggage in the queue while the jerk was still behind her. "Oh sorry" she heard him speak after he tried to brush his hands against her. She closed her eyes to stop here's from shouting. She turned her back trying to avoid him when she saw a wallet lying on the floor. She picked it up and opened it only to see an ever handsome face on the driving license which she took out from the wallet. A perfectly carved face with shining eyes , charming smile on his glowing face giving it more of what would be needed for anyone to drool. His brown mesmerising eyes with straight hair heading down to his shoulders.
She was still looking at his face when someone snatched it. "Hey, what the... " before she could say anything else the words stopped themselves inside her throat when she saw a Greek God standing himself in front of her. He kept his mouth closed in a thin line, and his hair with the natural black colour of it were tied on a half ponytail to reveal his broad forehead. The jacket he wore over his broad shoulders had neatly polished buttons. This man was the reason why God had beautiful girls on the earth.
"My first day in Chennai and I met a thief, nice experience I must say" she came back to her senses. "Huh?" she asked him to repeat. "I mean pardon" she changed her words seeing him raising his bow. "I don't repeat my words, especially not to a thief " he answered turning. "I am not a thief, you dropped your wallet mister" she answered folding her arms across her chest. "Ahann.. Nice excuse to protect yourself. I just snatched it from you didn't I?" his face was still expressionless as if he wasn't even affected. "I am not a thief, I was just checking out the person who owns the wallet" her palms converted into fists. "Checking out... You were checking me out?" he raised those eyebrows again. "I... I mean I was checking for the person "she answered cursing herself for those idiotic words.
"Look no words, well generally a thief when caught had no explanations you see "he mocked. "I. Am. Not. A. Thief. Keep it in your brains" he again raised a bow. "Excuse me" he said as if giving her a chance to work on her words. "Yes keep that in the stupid brain of yours and move "she shouted. "Really... Then make me" he challenged her which made her even more angry. "Listen mister, first of all learn to talk and secondly learn to say sorry" she snapped. "Sorry..." he chuckled "I will say sorry to a thief.. Haha nice joke "he smirked at her arrogantly.
Lost in his eyes, it was even more difficult for her to speak words and how did she did that was only something she knew. "Stop ogling thief" he said as she frowned tapping her feet, waiting for him to apologise. "Stop calling me a thief, I have much more to do rather than stealing a moron's wallet" she practically barked. "You..." he pointed his index finger to her before his phone rang.
"Yes baby... Yeah I reached.. Yeah I am fine... Hmmm.. Hmm... Hmm... Bye.. Hmm " and kept it down as he gave her a hard glance before turning to leave.
"Good.. Another baby's boy.. I have another reason to mark him a certified jerk.. Nice" she walked back to look after her boss. "Hey.. Miss Sharma" Robin called her.
"Yes sir, coming" she said running towards them with her bag and his driving license without knowing..
