Hey all
Firstly what is up with Sony..today PV started so early and i missed few minutes
Okay so today's epi was brilliant and WRITING was the USP ! Hats off to makers and writers ! đ
So, yup what I understood yesterday from Vatsa-Savitri and Vatsa-Rasnidhi scene was right.
Savitri was the Vibhishan jisne Sindhu ki Lanka daha di đ
Savitri was the eye witness of the murder and she informed Vatsa the same...Vatsa then ordered to release PV and brought Bhoj as well !
Hats off to both ladies for doing the right thing even when it was the toughest thing to do !
PV finally performs Singhdant's last rights and gave him mukhagni...Vatsa gave him the right of the son here !
Sindhu argued but Vatsa told him that she knows everything.
Ashish did well in the scene
On other hand Mrinal was going to be hanged
Cut to MANYAKHET
Tailap is ready to go for the war..he asks Jhakkala why she did notice anyone inform him about Mrinal earlier..Jhakkala tells him coz she was concerned about his health but Tailap disapproves...Tailap boy fails to see that Jhakkala might be against Mrinal but she does care about him

PV goes and stops Mrinal's hanging and this scene cracked me up đ Mrinal started her rant - dhikkar hai Malwa pe..dikhaar yaha ke logon pe..dhikkar PV pe..dhikkar dhikkar dhikkar..So PV presses her neck nerve and she tells unconscious..PV carries her in her arms đ so once again PV saved Mrinal đ
Orders are given to arrest Mahakai and Sindhu
Mahakai goes in his room with a knife..when I saw this I was pretty sure that he will commit suicide
Major props to the actor who plays Mahakai..he was simply brilliant in his last scene where he kills himself..I had goosebumps..his eyeeyss were red..tears flowing..the emotions of pain , loss, maybe repent were there on his face...what a scene ! đ kudos !
Cut to MANYAKHET
Tailap is going for the war..Jhakkala asks him to come back safely..he tells her that he will come back with akka and will defeat Malwa coz he has support of neighbouring states and she says first make sure that akka is alive or not đ Ooo girls knows how to burn her man đ Tailap leaves
Tailap fails to acknowledge Jhakkala's concern for her while Jhakkala fails to acknoeledge Tailap's love for his akka
Also
Lakshmi visits Jhakkala and tells her that once Mrinal will be back then once again all will become her puppets...Okay I get that Lakshmi is against Mrinal and maybe she wants to make sure that she can use Jhakkala as her puppet to get things done.
She asks Jhakkala to get Satyashray back..Jhakkala tells her that Mrjnal refused to bring him back and she tells Jhakkala that when Mrinal can't understand love of her own brother then how will she understand love of a mother for her son...hmmm...bitter words Lakshmi but they do hold 'some' truth indeed
Lakshmi tells her that since sibling are away so someone must be here to safeguard the kingdom hence Satyashray can be brought back..cunning woman indeed!
Jhakkala agreed !
Okay so Satyashray made an entry and we have an out and out negative character !
He truly is a MAD KING..He sleeps with girls and then slaughters them..it was pure creepy and evil..he gave me very Geoffery and Ramsay from GPT vibes
Cut to MALWA
PV tells his mom that maybe someone has trapped Sindhu..this man is so reunite yr..he still loves his bro and finds it hard to believe that his bro could kill their dad
Vatsa tells him how Savitri witnessed the murder
PV thanks Savitri for what she did...PV says this sacrifice of her has raised her respect in his eyes more than ever
As I said kudos to both women for doing the right thing even when it was the toughest thing to do.
Vatsa asks PV to not consider Sindhu as a brother or a son or a husband but as a convict and give him the punishment that he deserves !
What a strong woman Vatsa is !
Cut to MANYAKHET
Tailap is waiting for the other kings' army to arrive but to his surprise not a single army comes...he asks Pradhan to find out why no one turned
Hmm...interesting! Why did no one come? What is happening...is it something to do with Chola Kingdom...is someone conspiring against Manyakhet..will find out in upcoming epis I guess

I LOVED THIS SCENE...Acting was top notch and WRITING was brilliant ! Dialogues were deep, meaningful ! SUPERB
Sindhu is standing in the court for his trial
PV asks him if he wants to say something and Sindhu pours his heart out..he tells him how tired he was carrying his own dead body on his shoulders..it was necessary for him to kill his dad so that he could live
How his father murdered his views...killing of views is worse than killing of a man
How PV is a bargad under who's shadows he has stayed his whole life..he has been overshadowed by him..his son , wife, kingdom everyone favours him.
Vatsa shuts him up
She tells him that Singhdant was a father but above that he was a king so it was his duty to choose that person for the throne who was not merely his son but the one who the best !
Singhdant failed to make Sindhu understand this..he was a good king but he failed as a father when it came to Sindhu
Vatsa tells Sindhu to loom at her - her white clothes and how colorless her life has become coz of Sindhu
Sindhu finally breaks down..he just like his father is now a guilt ridden man..he begs his mother for death penalty
PV then tells Sindhu that there isn't a bigger punishment then repentence
And Sindhu has remorse of killing their father.
PV then tells him how we all are humans..humans are not God..what makes us humans is the fact that we all make mistakes and are flawed...our flaws makes us human.
We commit mistakes but then if we feel remorse and repent then that makes us a decent human being
He accepts how he himself failed as a brother and how Singhdant failed as a father
He tells Sindhu that Sindhu failed as a son as well and death penalty is not allowed in Malwa..they believe in forgiveness !
This is a debate which often occurs in the forum and today the show really made some brilliant points
We did discuss how PV wants Mrinal to forgive the murderer of her parents but can PV forgive his dad's killer...can he apply what he preaches..and he did that today
He forgave Sindhu and hugged him..he gave him a chance to be a better man..to be a good son , a good husband and a good human being..to repent for what he did...as PV said repentence and remorse are the biggest punishments
Sunil was brilliant in the scene đ..even Ashish and Shalini ji were good
Singdant killed Mrinal's parents and lived in guilt throughout his life..he repented his whole life waiting for Mrinal to forgive him..forgiveness is something he never got
And now his son Sindhu will also live in guilt for killing his own father but he got what Singhdant never did - forgiveness
We also discussed how most of the characters are grey and flawed an that is what makes them human...and I am so glad that makers are showing this aspect so beautifully !
Kudos to the makers for giving us such beautiful layered characters!
Yes they are flawed, they make mistakes and they are not perfect..they are HUMAN !
Precap - Mrinal pounced on PV and Tailap was preventing his akka from pouncing on PV but akka shoved him aside đ How come Tailap gets shoved so easily by women đ
