Of course it goes without saying we are all highly disappointed by the cringe worthy scene we saw of Saisha and KK today. What the hell was that even? AvNeil were married for a year before they even got intimate with each other and that was after falling in love over a certain period of time. They had a strong attraction from the start too. But then they were at loggerheads for a long time too. Unlike KK and Saisha who have been like a sickly sweet crush story from get go!
But what it boils down to is that they have known each other what? 1 month? Is that enough time to end up getting intimate with someone? That too at the age of 18? What are they trying to show? That 18 is the age to start having sex? Is that what turning 18 is about? I remember when I turned 18 I was excited about being able to vote, to be soon going to University, or being independent etc. Having sex was not really featuring prominently on the list. I know it sounds crude but what they were showing forces one to wonder? What are they attempting to portray?
I understand Avni refuses the Rishta? Yes Saisha is too young to get married. But then she is also too young to have sex. Just because the clock struck 12 at midnight and you went from 17 to 18, does not give you extra maturity overnight. She is totally misguided and a teenager with stars in her eyes.
My main issue is KK! HE is an adult. How can he make love to a teenager with a crush on him? Does he have ANY sense of responsibility at all? It's disturbing. What are they trying to prove? That ALL the stereotypes about actors, about people in the Entertainment industry is true? That they are waiting to take undue advantage of anyone who is fool enough to chase them? Even kids? I was so disgusted by the whole thing. I cant believe they went this far with the KK-Saisha story. I honestly didn't think it would come to this! Clearly they changed their mind about KK liking Avni, Samrat and Saisha angle etc. It's now Saisha's teen pregnancy story I guess, with AvNeil having to save her honour?
I seriously hope it doesn't go that way, and Saisha herself realises what a fool she was and refuses to marry KK! Also, she is not pregnant so Bala Tala! LOL
Maybe this is CVs' nayi soch. Well fans were complaining about avneil's SR being prolonged too much. I guess this is their screwed up way of saying if the attraction is mutual from the beginning, see we don't delay it. Jokes apart, frankly the whole setup seemed to be planned for avneil and then after a last moment ditch someone came up with this brilliant idea. As far as what being 18 means, I wouldn't deny dating crosses everyone's mind and the hormones work too, but the reality is no one is stupid enough to waste their life for a one-night stand. As far as education, carrier, maturity, you are expecting way too much from the current NK. Maybe all these logics would have applied 6 months back, but now it's a goner.
Frankly I don't think age gap has anything to do with sex as long as both are mature and know what they are doing, just my opinion. Coming to KK, I always felt he was a self-obsessed immature celebrity, so I'm not surprised with him taking advantage. As far as stereotype actors that you mentioned, do you really think any actor would get married to a girl just because he slept with her once, even if the news was splashed all over??
As far as what the CVs are trying to prove, this is what I decipher- if a girl and guy slept with each other even once - maybe in the heat of the moment, whether it's because you tried to save someone from hypothermia, or whether the girl barely reached her puberty, they're destined to be soulmates, get married and live happily ever after. Because only then, there won't be anymore illegitimate kid on the face of earth. That's the crap they are trying to prove.
Honestly after watching today's episode, I don't think anybody, either the PH or the creatives give two hoots about the hardworking actors busting their ass off and for whom the fans are still sticking to the show, and everyone who decided to call it quits made the right choice.
I know we all love the show, but to be very honest for Aditi's and Zain's sake, I think it's better if they close shop very soon. They definitely deserve better than this. They are talented people, they won't have trouble finding work.
