2 days passed smoothly as armaan had planned.. ridhima was eagerly waiting for armaan to pick her up from sanjeevani but instead of armaan their family driver was standing in the parking lot...
Driver : ridhima baby..armaan baba ka cal aya tha vo late hojayenge islie mujhe bheja...
ridhima's smile vanished n was replaced with a frown.. : chalie kaka... saying so she sat I the car..
Ridhima murmuring to herself.. : bilkul baat nahi krungi use.. huh. Sadial kahin ka.. promise breaker.. jitna mrzi mane ki koshish kre main nahi mne wali.. window pr bda sa lock lgake uski keys ko faink dungi...
After 15 mins ridhima reached home...
As she stepped inside, armaan from behind shouted in her ear "congratulations.. picked her up holding from her stomach n stated to take rounds...
Ridhima: aahhh...!! Armaan chodooo...
Armaan made her face him.. his arms still around her...kissing her on her cheek said : congratulations teddy..
Ridhima tried to come out of his hold..: chodoo...mujhe nahi baat krni tumse.. lene kyu nahi aye.. nahi chahie tumhara congrats mujhe.. hto jne do... n turned her face away from him..
Armaan : agar tumhe lena ata toh surprise party kaise arrange krta..
Ridhima turned around n with a wide smile on her face n shouted : parrttyyy...!!!
Billy shishank entered : ofcource...!!!
Ridhima ran towards them n hugged them one by one..

Anaya n padma entered pushing a trolly that had a ridhima's fav chocolate cake on which congratulations was written...
Ridhima hugged the ladies n both congratulated her..

just then a boy n a girl entered the house.. n said in union : hmne btaya...

(ye hai DR atul joshi and Dr anjali sharma.. they both are also doctors in sanjeevani.. armman's best friends from collage time after ridhima ofcorce.. they have also done their internship from sanjeevani in armaan's batch.. they are among a few staff from sanjveni who know about armaan ridhima being the kids of sanjeevani's co owners n also about AR's bond)
Atul anji came inside congratulated her...
Ridhima then cut the cake n feed billy then shishank Padma Anaya n finally armaan.. n then moved towards anji n atul...
Ridhima : cake cutting hogya.. ab mere gifts..
(ridhima loved getting gifts from others... she would cherish a small chocolate equally as any expensive gift.. for her it doesn't matter wat a gift is.. all that matters to her is a gift..)
Billy : ofcorce how can we forget ur gifts..
Billy gave her a stethoscope..
Ridhima: waoo stethoscope main yahi use krungi hospital main.. thanku Bp (short name for Billy Pa as ridhima calls him)
Anaya gave her a new wrist watch..Shishnk gave her a new IPhone 8 padma gave her a a pair of small diamond earrings.. atul gave her a box of chocolates Anjali gave her a bracelet...ridhima hugged everyone n thanked them for the gifts..

3 days later MONDAY ridhima's 1 st day in sanjevani as a intern
Ridhima comes down wearing black trousers and red formal shirt.. her hairs were left open in right hand she wore the watch that anaya gave her.. along with the earning that padma had gifted her. In her left hand she was holding a black designer hand bag n right hand the her new car keys..
Ridhima moved towards the dinning table where elders were having their breakfast..
She moved towards shishank hugged him from behind n wished goodmorining and after wishing others in the same way she took her seat n started her breakfast..
Ridhima : ammy kahan hai..
Anaya : uski aj surgery thi toh subha hi hospital chala gya...
Billy : tum apna breakfast finish kro jldi ur getting late dr ridhima..
ridhima: yes dr mallik...
Shishnk : all the best beta n kisi ko pta mt..
Ridhima I know dad.. apne kisi colegue senior doctor ya staff ko nahi pta chalne dungi that im ur daughter or hospital main armaan se fight ya fir jda baat nahi krumgi kisi ke bhi smne... don't worry dad...

Ridhima bid every one bye n moved towards her new car...
On the way ridhima switched on the music player.. n instead of songs she heard armaan's voice..
Voice : good morning my teddy.. n all the best for ur first day.. aj bahut imp surgery hai islie jldi hospital jna pd raha hai.. n tumhe jldi nahi uthaya coz I don't want my teddy to get tired early.. ek dm fresh hoke hospital pahunchna see u there.. bye...!!

As ridhima parked her car evreyones gaze was shifted towards the red beauty that just stopped... ridhima steeped out of the car some were loking towards ridhima n some towards car.. as many were expecting a celebrity to get down the car...

Along with ridhima 5 new interns were standing a row..(Dr Muskan (same as show), Dr sapna (same as show) , Dr tamana( full arrogant, attitude visible on her face, love to wear short dresses bt being in hospital she wore dresses up to knee) , Dr siddhant and dr amit..(fun loving boys.. both wear jeans n t shirts with funky quotes) .)
Muskan hugged ridhima: woo ridz I cant believe hm dono ik sath yahan internship krenge.. can u leieve it...

Kreti : so interns I really hope u will give u best n live upto ur expectaions... n now sister lovely will show u around ap apne lap coats, id cards, pagers, stethoscope, locker keys nurse station se collect krlena.. n make sure u always have a clean spare dress in ur lockers for emergencies.. ye pura wk 1st half main ap sabhi ke lie seminars honge jismain diffent doctors will tell u about their experience n will share their practical knowledge n and 2nd half main ap ko duties assign hongi... ill see u all after lunch..

coming forward its so sweet that how everyone loves n pamper ridhz so much even the doc in sanjeevni

overall its a fabulous story cutely written

PART ~ 4

A week passed it was Sunday.. armaan was siting in the study n making notes for his new case...

Ridhima came inside n hugged armaan from behind keeping her head on his shoulder.. just stood there without saying any thing

Armaan keeping his hand above ridhima's .. : kya hua mere teddy ko... n pulled ridhima infront n made her sit in his lap...

Ridhima still kept mum..n kept looking towards the wall in front.. armaan wrapped his arms's around her n kept his chin on her shoulder...

Armaan : apne jinny ko nahi btaogi.. kyu itni chup ho..
ridhima: I miss u.. mujhe nahi jna sanjeevani.. its soo boring.. papa ma ani aunty bp tum sab vahi hote hai, pr main kisi se baat tk nahi kr skti vahan.. ise btr toh main collge main thi jb mn krta tha tum sab se mil leti thi..
armaan : pr teddy hm log ghar pet oh milte hai na..??
ridhima: par hospital main mere smne hote ho.. fir bhi... I hate this...

ridhima ran downstairs towards dining area.. armaan followed her n tries to catch her.. ridhima dogded armaan many a times.. she even threw cushions oh him in order to distract him...while running ridhima bumped into someone.. n just escaped her fall

Hearing so ridhima tightened her fist..

Muskan (very much aware of ridhima's anger) : nahi yaar itna bhi bura nahi tha jitna tum bol rahe ho... I toh kind of enjoyed it...
sid : rehne de.. main kudh dekha tujhe 2-3 bar yawn krte hue..
amit : maine socha tha aj dr armaan ka lecture hai kuch interesting hoga.. pr unhone ne t dr keerti se bhi jda pkaya...

Ridhima was now red in anger... n was about to hit amit.. muskan grabbed her hand.. whispered in her ear.. : ridzz relax.. calm down.. gussa chod..

Ridhima : aj ka lecture kafi acha tha agar tum dhayan se sunte toh.. hm ab hospital main hai.. clg main nahi.. learn to be serious...

Saying so she went from the caf..leaving others confused except muskan..

Armaan : that's nt fair teddy... vahan sabse ldke aye or ghar ake mujhe bol rahi ho that I was bore..
ridhima : haan toh.. main tumhe kuch bhi bolun.. pr agar koi or bolta hai myjhe acha nahi lgta.. bahut gussa ata hai.. mn toh krra tha unka muh tod dun.. agar muskan na rokti toh hojna tha hangama...
armaan : acha bs bs.. shant..

Armaan puts his arm around ridhim's shoulder..

As the reached libraray.. ridhima picked up 2 books for refrence and her laptop..

Ridhima: apni file n job hi chahie utho or chalo..
armaan : kahan..??
ridhima : chalo toh...
n dragged him to his room n pointed towards the left corner where a matris was placed on floor n a kind of minni table was placed on it.. table was sufficient to accommodate two persons sitting side by side...

Ridhima: kitna time hogya yahan pr study kie..
armaan : haan jb se main hospital jne lga hn time nahi lgta...

Both sat there n started with their work...

## flashback

Since her birth ridhima's favorite place to sit was Armaan's lap..

Wen Armaan started his school initially it was really difficult to handle ridhima..

Armaan before going to school used to play with ridhima for half an hr give a good bye kiss on her cheek and after coming back spent entire time around ridhima.. armaan whould do his homework and ridhima would play with her toys in the same room itslef.

One day ridhima became crancky and wanted to sit in Armaan's lap.. and Armaan had to do his home work.. but for Armaan nothing more was important than ridhima so he spent entire time with ridhima n did his work at night when she slept.. Next day Armaan bought a bed table that had soft cousin covering on it's corner edges so that little ridhima would nt get hurt.. Using that Armaan could keep ridhima near him and also do his homework..

Wen the both grew up n ridhima started her school that table was replaced with a bigger on which both could study...

Later when they shifted to their new house.. a spl corner was decorated in armaan's room for their study...
