He will go self destructive the more they try to push him to nidhi.

He will continue to go behind Vedika and bring some the things that happened in the open; that's a possibility.

We are going to see a angry reckless sahil. He will go to such an extent that his family will back off from the marriage. It should lead to that... Vedika will start questioning herself if her decision was wrong for Sahil. That she Can't push her decisions on him and it will not be right for him will be the take away... Dunno what the CVS plan

Unable to choose from the options given but would love it if he confronts Vedika on why did she do this to him ?

Typical route would be Sahil being angry, hurt and becoming a hardened man...

But deep down Sahil knows his Vedika... and her thinking at times
