Ishra were sleeping cuddled in each other when their room's door got open. Toshiji walked inside the room slowly and sat next to him.
She caressed Raman's face and said -bahut himmat, bahut koshish ke baad chal paayi hoon aur itna bada faisla liya hai. kyunki tumhari takleef nahi dekhi jaa rahi mujhse raman. I can't see u crying in front of me everytime. Shayad tumhare aansu dekhne se asaan mar jaana hoga. Toh wahin karne jaa rahi hoon. Yes Raman puttar, ur mother is going to kill herself like ur father did. Aaj samajh mein aa raha hai bhalla ji kitne babas rahe honge when he killed himself. Sach hai, kabhi kabhi takleef itni badh jaati hai ki Mar jaana asaan hota hai. Sorry puttar, tujhe aise chod kar jaa rahi hoon. But I know u have someone who will take care of u. Joh tumhe antt tak sambhalegi. Mujhe pata hai, meri maut ka gham bahut bada hoga but it is the only way to bring u out of this sorrow, this pain. Ek baar Mar jaungi toh dard bhi kam ho jayega aur nafrat bhi. Bhagwaan ke paas jaa kar tere liye dher saari khushiyan mangungi. May god always bless u. Saying so she got up and went out of the room.
After ten minutes, help came to Ishra room and knocked furiously. Raman got up and opened the door only to hear that Toshiji has jumped from the terrace. Ishita too came from behind and heard that. Ishra got shocked hearing this and ran to downstairs. Ishra got shocked seeing Toshiji laying in pool of blood. Ishra ran towards her.
Raman cried seeing her and said-yeh kya kiya maa.
Ishita -raman, mummy ji ko hospital le kar chaliye. It's not the time to cry. Raman nodded and picked toshiji in his arms. Both settled in the car and drove towards the hospital where toshiji was declared dead. Ishra were too shattered to react while doctors called the cops. Cops investigated the matter and got the suicide note from Toshiji. It was written that she is ending her life as she don't want to live anymore. She was guilty for being the reason of her husband's death and now want to go to him. She has written everything about ratan bhalla and his crime.
Police declared the death as suicide and let ishra take the body home. Ishra were just too broken specially Raman. He cried, cried and just cried. Toshiji's last rites were done and the house was almost in silence. Ratan and param were also permitted to do the last rituals of Toshiji. After last rights, they went back to jail.
Days start passing, slowly everything was getting normal except raman. At first he was angry on his mother for ditching his father but now he was angry as well as feeling guilty for hating his mother to a extent that she committed suicide. Ishita was trying hard to make him normal and start living his life normally, but he was just too broken to listen anything.
Ishita use to take care of raman alot without thinking about herself and slowly her health start deteriorating.though she was worried for their baby too but Raman was her first priority and in mid of all this, finally one day she fainted. Raman got scared seeing her and took her to the hospital.
Doctor was checking ishita, while outside Raman was pacing to and fro worriedly waiting for the doctor to came out and give some good news.
Finally after a long wait, doctor finally came out and raman ran to her.
Raman -doctor kya hua ,kaisi hai woh??
Doc -carelessness ki hadh hoti hai Mr bhalla, I have already told u to take care of ishita, but no, aapne toh usse for granted le liya tha. Now she is suffering because of u. She said making Raman shocked.
Raman -kya hua doctor??
Doc -kya hoga, aapka bachcha undernourished hai. Aapki biwi bhi anaemic hai, homoeglobin count bhi kam hai. R u even realising how much it will risk ur wife and would be child's life.unki jaan bhi jaa sakti hai. She said making him more shocked.
Raman-please don't say like this, meri biwi aur bachche, Unhe kuch nahi ho sakta. Please unhe bacha lijiye. Please I beg of u. He said folding his hands.
Doc-please don't do this, see I am doing what I can do. But aapko bhi unka pura pura khayal rakhna hoga. dekhiye I know u went through alot in last few months but Mr bhalla joh chala gaya hai uske peeche usko nahi gawa sakte joh aane wala hai. Ur mother in dead Mr bhalla, not ur wife is alive. Aur aapka bachcha toh abhi iss duniya mein aaya bhi nahi. How can u be so careless towards them. Agar yahin growth nahi aapke bachche ki, toh I am sorry to say but main nahi bacha paungi aapke bachche ko.
Raman -dont say like this. I am sorry, mujhse galti ho gayi but not anymore. I will take care of them, i will do whatever u will tell me to do, bas mere parivaar ko bacha lijiye, I don't have anyone else then them. He said almost pleading to which she just nodded and went inside while Raman was just looking at ishita through the glass door. IV was connected to her and she was under observation.
He cried looking at her state and closed his eyes praying -hey matarani, aapne mujhse mera sab kuch cheen liya but ab please, aur kuch mat chiniye. I don't have anyone other then ishita and our baby .i promise I will take immense care of her and our baby. Bas unhe thik rakhiye. Please matarani, please please. He was sitting and praying when doctor came out and said -mr bhalla, come here.
Raman got up and walked behind her. She took her to the room and showed him towards the big screen.
Doc -woh hai aapka bachcha, he is not getting good nourishment, uski mother bahut saare emotional trauma se guzar rahi hai and with her, ur baby is also going through the same.jitni baar ishita roti hai, aapka bachcha bhi woh feel karta hai. I don't think u want ur baby to be sad for any reason. Aap chahte hai aisa ho??
Raman nodded in no.
Doc -then make sure, ki aapko biwi hase, khush rahe aur achcha khaaye. Uska bp high naa ho, usse kisi tarah ka stress naa ho. U have to take care of it. Kyunki ishita yeh nahi kar payegi. U know mr bhalla, jaise ishita aur aapka bachcha connected hai, likewise u and ur wife is also connected. Toh agar aap khush rahenge toh woh bhi khush rahegi aur agar aap dukhi toh woh bhi dukhi. Aap samajh rahe hai naa. U all r interconnected and none can be happy if u r not happy. Toh khush rehna shuru kar dijiye Mr bhalla. Joh beet gaya uske baare mein kam aur joh aane wala hai uske baare mein jyada sochiye. I hope u r getting my point.
Raman nodded and said -can I touch it??
Doctor look at him all confused and he showed towards the screen. Doctor nodded and went out leaving Ishra. Raman walked to the screen and touched the point where she indicated as their baby.his eyes got moist and he said -sorry babu, papa gande hai naa, he is not taking care of u and mumma. Really sorry, papa khud mein Itna kho gaye the ki dekh hi nahi paaye ki aap aur mumma kitne akele ho gaye ho. I am really sorry beta. But I promise now, that papa will take utmost care of u two. Kyunki papa ke paas aao dono ke siva koi nahi toh please kabhi mujhe akela chod kar jaane ki sochna bhi mat. Papa just can't take it beta, papa just can't take it. He was saying with filled eyes when he heard -hum aapko chod kar kahan jayenge. Hamara aapke siva kaun hai.
Raman turned and saw ishita looking at him with moist eyes. She opened her arms for him and he engulfed into her crying.
Raman -i am sorry, really sorry jaan.. Maine tumhe itni takleef di, tumhe care ki jarurat thi and I was lost in my grief. Tumhe iss kadar tod diya that u became sick. Sorry jaan, mujhe maaf kar do. He said crying.
Ishita -shh, shh raman, isme aapki koi galti nahi hai. It was our bad luck that we lost everyone. But hum dusre se alag kabhi nahi honge. Hum dono hamesha aapke saath rahenge raman,hamesha.
Raman -main bhi hamesha tum dono ko sabak jyada pyaar karunga, aur sabse jyada care karunga. I promise. He said pinching hid neck.
Ishita smiled and said -i trust u, Raman.
Raman hugged her tight and said -i love u jaan.
Ishita -love u too, Raman.
Both look at each other and kept their hand in her tummy saying -we love u too, bachchu. Saying so they look at each other smiling and side hugged each other.
