Eight years later, not only is he a powerhouse actor but a performer that we wait with bated breath to watch on the silver screen. Whether It's watching him as an aashiq in Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela or the good boy we all want to love in Dil Dhadakne Do, Ranveer has carved a niche for himself and we can't seem to get enough of him. But beyond his obvious brilliance on celluloid, he's also one of the only few actors who has experimented with his sartorial choices. Probably one thing we discussed time and again is Bajirao's unusual sartorial picks. While some of them have been amiss, we can't imagine any other leading hero pull these looks off. Our lenses spotted the talented actor in New Delhi for a media summit and he shows us how experimental fashion is really pulled off.

The actor opted for a summery lavender suit that he teamed with a polka dotted shirt. Along with a cool hat and yellow tinted shades, Ranveer surely looked summer ready.

Apart from the colour of his suit, two things, in particular, left us intrigued. We spotted Bollywood's Alauddin Khilji donning a Rudraksh. We can't help but wonder if it's for Ranveer's next, Gully Boy?

Ranveer is unapologetic about his style and admits he has always been a quirky dresser,"In school and adolescence, I was known for my outrageous fashion. I was the first to sport baggy jeans and show off the top of my briefs as a fashion statement, the first to wear sports jerseys, use styling gel, wear chunky silver jewellery. It's how I have always been. People in my school WhatsApp group are hardly surprised; they say it's good to know I haven't changed.
