Kareena Kapoor Khan shortlists 4 scripts post Veere Di Wedding?.

Kareena Kapoor Khan was last seen in Udta
Punjab in 2016 before her sole focus was
on motherhood as she and Saif Ali Khan
welcomed their first child, son Taimur Ali
Khan.
Post giving birth to baby Taimur, Kareena
shot for Veere Di Wedding, which was
directed by Shashanka Ghosh and also stars
Sonam Kapoor, Swara
Bhasker, Shikha Talsania and Sumeet Vyas in
pivotal roles.
While there are a few months left for Veere
Di Wedding's release, one wonders what is
next for Bebo.
Well, according to a leading daily, Kareena
has shortlisted four scripts from the ones
offered to her and is yet to decide on which
one she will do first.
Talking specifically about the scripts Kareena
has liked, a source revealed to the daily,
"Among the four scripts that she has liked,
one is the Hindi remake of the hit Marathi
film Aapla Manus, which is being planned by
Ashutosh Gowariker. Another story that she
has liked is a women-centric film where she
plays the titular role. It's a film with a
message."
Kareena plans to announce her next movie
after Veere Di Wedding post-June as she
wants to spend as much time as possible
with Taimur.
Many are touting Veere Di Wedding as
Kareena's comeback film but Bebo has a
different outlook towards it. Kareena told a
leading fashion magazine, "I'm hesitant to
call Veere Di Wedding a comeback film
because I never really went away. I'm
fortunate enough to still get plenty of great
scripts to read, but when Rhea (Kapoor)
came to me with this film, I was excited at
the prospect of working on a film that is
produced by women and stars four strong
women."
Earlier, when Pinkvilla asked Kareena about
Veere Di Wedding, the gorgeous actress
revealed, "Yeah! It is my wedding in the
movie and it will be different. Rhea is going
to style me. It will be stylish. And with Sonam
- the fashionista in the movie, I surely
cannot wear my jeans and t-shirt. Or you
never know, I may convince her to come out
of her ball gowns and wear jeans and t-
shirt. You all should wait and watch
(laughs)."
Veere Di Wedding is slated to release
on June 1, 2018.
