Bachchan will complete 11 years of
marriage in April this year. The couple has
busy careers but always take out time for
important personal occasions.
Aishwarya told a leading publication in an
interview that she has become more social
after marrying Abhishek. She said, "In the
beginning I was very private- did my work,
went back home, didn't hang out with
industry friends. After my marriage with AB
(Abhishek Bachchan), I started socializing
more. In fact, for a long time, even AB was a
friend, but on turf. There were no after
hours, because we had hectic schedules.
She also talked about the adulation she
receives since the last two decades. She said
that she handles it, "By not focusing on it
and staying as normal as I know. People
wonder when I say this as there are always
cameras clicking around me, and crowds
gathering but I tell them that's my normal.
That's how I find my balance and continue
to do the job on hand.
"Matching my schedules with AB too is a
whole book. In April, we complete 11 years
together. I can only be grateful for all that I
have in my life today, Ash said.
She was also asked what makes her
unstoppable and she revealed, "Maybe the
fact that I don't ask myself that question. I
just keep going. The way AB (Abhishek
Bachchan) and I work around our schedules
to make time for the important stuff may
sound intimidating to someone with a
routine pace of life, but I consider ourselves
blessed to have the capacity to give to each
day what it asks of us.
