Could Naina really comfort Sameer Hugging him??

Here comes my thought,

could Naina really do that in reality, if she stayed there at this bad time of Sameer. I doubt that. Could she hold and hug him, when they didn't even walk holding hands properly. 🤔

So many people there and among them Munna and Pandit is perfect choice for me to lend shoulder to Sameer to cry.👍🏼

It could be better to see, if Vishakha also could come to comfort Sameer. But I think she also could not do that for the mental gap between them, as we already seen how Sameer didn't reciprocate her hug in hospital

Naina emotionally comforting him in the form a hug would have definitely happened if she was there. She already did that in Mt.Abu. After the VO said that, that's it - that is why they kept Naina away from Sameer is what crossed my mind. She would have hugged him and everybody would have known about their relationship and maybe the writers have different plans the way they want this to come out. But, still don't get why they didn't want them to meet at the farewell. Naina could have gone out of town for something and by the time she came back Nanu's death could have happened.
