So... the much awaited scene finally got a chance only yesterday, but it was definitely worth the worth! So here are some bytes from this nascent viewer.

The Good:

>The two lead actors/characters.

>Also, all the Mahasangam chaos and slow pace aside, this week did live up to the promise that the show holds. What I liked was that the actual episode had much more to it than what the promo suggested, which is quite rare in TV world. 😊 Usually with most shows/channels, viewers end up with hogwash episodes based on some over beautified promos.

The theme, the setting, the songs, particularly "Naina"... everything, perfect!

Hopefully, now that the 'terrorists' have been flushed out, the show picks up pace in the upcoming week.

The Bad:

MahaSangam ofc 😊

But on a serious note, the show needs strong/appealing parallel leads and side characters. Period.

Amaya is good but the rest make you yawn. This is what makes the much maligned TRP "aunty" favorites like KB, KDB or YRKKH tick.

If that wasn't enough in the context of 'Kaleerein' they actually had Vivaan explain it to Shaurya of ZKM as well👏 Afterall, how could heroes have not interacted in this "MAHASANGAM" of nothing?

🤣 Why do I feel Sumer is in for some major showdown sooner or later from the same guy? 😆

No don't get me wrong. The "walk down the aisle" was beautiful. The way her fingers lingered over his for a while didn't escape my eye 😳 But...maybe it's coz of the expression guy just above this pic, I was left laughing at the end!

Ardit or Meevaan - Their chemistry is at point. Both compliment each other very well. They are magic together

Agree. Have said this many times. To some extent Meera's father and cousins are also good:)

Me too feel same.😳 & that time he will not give her hands to him, he will hold them tightly in his hands.

Yeah, there's chemistry. Also, Vivaan is decent. I hope they keep that basic character trait intact. Meera isn't here to babysit the male lead and 'tone him down' to make him 'human'. He IS human and she is just being herself. It's just that they don't get along right now 😆 So tired of female leads taming douche bags otherwise. 🥱

Yeah. They are good actors as well... what I meant was their characters need to be etched properly. They need to stand out so that the audience connect with them instead of changing channels. Right now it's all about dolly crying buckets and Silky throwing herself on Vivaan🤢

The turn off for me was:-

1. Mahasangam ofcourse...

2. Dolly's crying. They showed so many jewelleries etc, they dnt have nythng worth 2L to get the ring even as mortgage!...thts so unreasonable

3. Vivaan getting sink to Meera and her affairs...needs lil more logical reasoning, given the nature of this guy, just bcoz of a bangle, this seems illogical...

My Plus points

1. The way the room, cape draping scene...it can be described in one word---dreamy...

2. Loved Vivaan's expression throughout, the way he got mesmerized, draped the cape...the strong feeling he showed towards her, and then he snapped out to reality when Silky came...all acted so well...

3. I liked Sumair and Meera's interaction also

Tell me about it. Too many cliched scenes and rona dhona for the sake of drama. Also, what Bittu did was plain cheating. CANNOT be justified by the family on ANY ground. End result is that the drama just falls flat 🥱

Agree. It was all haphazard. All thanks to the horrendous screenplay for initial Mahasangam epis. I think they wanted to keep the promo scenes for the end of the week. What we thus got was drag...Vivaan eavesdropping on Meera, then talking about the bangle and his 'plan' 10 times, Dolly and her never ending 'girl's mother' theories, the diamond ring saga...

But I have to say that I get his intention here. He's here for some purpose that is directly linked to the bangle. And he's right...They don't get along, but she'll be leaving in 10 days anyways so there's no harm in 'acting' good and being friendly to pose the question later. I am all for this track if they keep his basic character intact. I'm sure by the end of the track he'll not have to "act" good.😆 The execution needs to get better.

My Plus points

I like their interactions too. They are realistic especially the bits where Meera tries to talk to him over some perceived problems. She is trying from her end, for her family, for herself. I haven't warmed up to Sumair though. He's kinda shady.
