Varun Dhawan on being judged: I go through really low days sometimes d

Varun Dhawan is far ahead in the race to
become the next superstar of Bollywood. He
debuted in 2012 with Student of the Year
and has since then delivered hits after hits.
His sincere performances and boyish charm
have made him the masses' favourite. Varun
has Shoojit Sircar's October up for release
and is currently shooting for Sui Dhaaga:
Made in India. His choice of films has
showcased his range and versatility as an
actor.
Varun spoke to an international magazine
about choices and being judged. He was
asked if actors have a responsibility to
project the right message through their
films. He said, "Let me put it this way. I have
a film October coming up. I was doing super
commercial films and people asked why was
I signing these serious films? When I do
something else, they will question again.
Bottomline: You are going to be judged
whatever you do, you can't please everyone
all the time.
Varun also admitted that being judged
constantly can affect you. He said, "Yes, we
are always judged. That's fine, after all, you
have made the decision to be a public
figure! But yes, at times it's tough for me
too, honestly. I go through really low days
sometimes dealing with the negativity
because my intention is never to hurt
anyone. But you overcome it.
Varun has already tasted stardom but insists
that he would want to be an actor. "Yes. I
always try and be an actor first. Star is
something that people make you, you can't
make yourself a star, right?, concluded

He's a celebrity so people are going to judge him no matter what. I know its tough but he's has to live with it. Many veterans like Khans, Akki, Ajay & Hrithik have been judged throughout their careers but that's life. So this star kid has got realise this if he plans to survive long in this industry.

I don't like him as an actor much but I can't deny his success at the BO as he hasn't had a Flop. If he get's a Flop then he will receive negativity from everyone not necessarily his acting unless his performance get bad feedback from audiences.

He's flying high in terms of BO but there may a time where he will go through bad phase and e.g. Flops or Disasters. So he will have to deal with negativity and find away climb back again which many actors have experienced in the past.
