Sridevi's elder daughter Janhvi Kapoor is celebrating her 21st birthday today. It's been just a week since the legendary actor passed away and her family is going through difficult times.
Today, Janhvi on her birthday visited an orphanage to celebrate her birthday. We got our hands on a photo, where an emotional Janhvi is seen closing her eyes before cutting her birthday cakes. In a video shared, the star kid is seen all smiles while kids sang 'Happy Birthday' song to her.

Happy Birthday, Janhvi Kapoor!

Poor girl, 21 is such a milestone to reach without her mom. To lose her mom so close to that birthday must be very sad.
I hope she had a relatively nice day.

This picture of Janhvi is totally heart wrenching. First birthday without her mom. God, why did you have to be so cruel to a little child.

Anshula was 20, when she lost hers

and Poor Girl Janvhi wasn't there to comfort her.

It's not the end of the world for neither Khushi nor Janhvi. People have faced worst.

To lose a mother is bad at any age. Perhaps Anshula losing her mom at that age has made her very protective and sensitive towards her sisters given the family history.

It is not a competition on who feels more when you lose a mother. Losing a mom is like a chapter closed. Wealth or fame does not insulate people from that. 🤔

ask a child who loses his/her mother

it is almost end of the world..you keep yourself going coz you have to..but things are never the same..ever..it is like that layer of protection vanishes from your world..that self less love and care which a mother provides..no one else in the world can or does..

please have some sensitivity..this girl has been through hell..she still would be struggling to come to terms with it..

I understand what you mean, and I know my post may come across like as if it's a competition.

It's definitely not a competition, and It's the worst thing to go thru in life, and may it never happen to anyone to begin with

But I'll be honest, at this point it's becoming a little bit too much with aww janvhi, aww khushi.
All this aww aww didn't happen for Arjun, nor Anshula.

I know Arjun and Anshula are supporting their half sisters today, as well as standing by their ever so supporting father, because that's what a good upbringing is making them naturally do.

At Mohit Marwah's wedding, Khushi ignored Anshula like the sisters do anyway at any gathering, sorry to say but they do have an attitude problem. They don't have a single picture together. Will their attitude problem go away now? I can bet a 100 dollars, it won't. Anshula and Arjun can support them for their father but eventually, things will stay the way they are. Anshula and Arjun are abiding by their mother's upbringing and Khushi Janvhi will go by their mother's upbringing. Let's not forget these 2 kids weren't their to comfort Arjun and Anshula, because hey they had "restrictions"

Anyways, I can't sympathize with khushi and janvhi anymore 😊

WELL, I am coming from somewhere. and things never are the same, but it's also not the end of the world. we have to keep living, to the best we can. and unlike many of us, janvhi has everything and more than she needs to live a beautiful life ahead.

Its becoming too much of poor Jhanvi and poor Khushi. These two have a strong support system with them. Its getting too much of poor them thing. All this stuff is coming across as publicity stunt and nothing else. Where is the Boney Kapoor request for mourning in privacy gone? flushed out? Sick people, use everything for publicity.
There are so many less privileged children who lose parents at a very early stage. In Mumbai blasts so many kids lost their parents, where were the tear drops? All these internet sympathies dont mean a thing. Life is harsh for most kids but these girls have it easy. They have all the resources for a good life and will carry on. After some time there will party pics of them floating around and then where will these aww so sad group say or do?
