What do you think Neenaji character would know Neilajana is Avni,,, How otherwlse can she be negative

We already have Sana entry which might separate AvNeil for herself... We don't know how Khannas, Neil and DD will react to Avni being alive and her knowingly being away from everyone

so as per article she will save avni from accident only to create trouble
