"Maaa!" a small girl's voice echoed in the whole house "Maaa!"
"Why are you screaming like the world is coming to an end in the next second?" a young lady in her early 30s asked as she made her way towards the room in the upstairs and opened the door.
"Finally! Some peace in this house!" a teenage boy, in his cool attire said as he stood taking the balance of the door frame of the next room.
"Don't start Ayan!" the woman warned as she entered the room.
"I'm out!" Ayan replied as he went back to his room and shut the door with a thud.

"What have you both done?" she palmed her mouth as she looked at the state of the room even not caring about her elder son's behaviour.
The two bed which were on each opposite side of the wall looked like dustbins and the table in the centre of the room was upside down with paper sheets, sketch pens, crayons and lot more things beautifully placed all around the room, making it look like some market place where things are never kept in their place.
"Look Maa! Rishi is not leaving my red bedsheets!" the little girl who is mostly around 8 complained.
"Maa! I'm asking what is mine today!" the little boy of same age said.
"How!" she asked as she tried to pull the red quilt to her side but failed.
"Promises have to be" he started
"Kept!" the little girl finished with no interest.
"But you are not keeping it Charmi!" the boy turned and faced his mother "Maa! She promised if I do her drawing for tomorrow class work, this is mine!" as he tried to pull it but failed and made her sister to fall flat on the bed.

Their mother who couldn't take it any more, went towards the bed and pulled the quilt easily and folded it and held it safely in her hands.
"Do I need to say what you both have to do now?" she asked as she pulled out a chair and sat on it.
Defeated in front of their mother, both the kids got down and started to clean their room inch by inch.
"You take all pencils!" Rishi said.
"I know what to do!" Charmi replied.
"Quiet!" the lady shrieked as both the kids jumped in their place hearing their mother's reaction "Soon!" she added as she unlocked her phone and checked if she received any messages or calls from her one special person but to her displeasure there was nothing.
"Why is Maa angry?" the little girl whispered.
"Hmmmhmm!" he shook his head not getting what happened to their mother who was so lovely one hour back.
"Soon!"
"Hmm"
"I will take the pencils and you papers!" she whispered once again.
He shaking his head with a smile went to carry on the work.

"He is going to be dead today!" she said as she once again turned on her phone to see that no notifications were there.
"Maa!" kids looked at her questioningly.
"Oh! Nothing!" she faked a smile and face palmed in her imaginary world for talking loud.
And the kids once again continued their work until they got done.

*** He promised to be on time!
And it has been more than 2 hours and he is still not here!
Not even a phone call!
You are dead Mister!
You are dead! ***

"Maa!" Rishi.
"We finished!" Charmi flashing her broken teeth.
"Come here!" she said as she showed the two small chairs that were now placed correctly around the table. "Why did you ask him to do your work?" facing her little girl.
"He is best in it!"
"And did you promise?" their mother.
"Hmmm!" she said bending her head and then lifted with anger "But then in our fight he tore it!"
"No Maa! I didn't!"
"Liar!"

"Guys! Guys! I have an important exam tomorrow! "The teenage boy said as he stood at the door step.
"Ayan!" the mother hen looked apologetically.
"It's Rishi bro!"
"I didn't do anything bro!"
"Maa! Why don't you put your phone down and get them to calm! Dad will come for sure! Marriage day is coming every year but this is happening almost every day Maa!" he said it referring to today, which is their marriage anniversary.
She not knowing if blush crept her cheeks, kept her phone down and took out the blanket from her lap while her little kids communicated something through their eyes.

"I want just answers!" she said looking at her two kids.
"Hmm" both hummed in unison.
"I can imagine what could have happened!" she started and her elder son left the room "Charmi! You will get up earlier tomorrow and do your work!" turning to her son's side "You" but she got interrupted by her daughter.
"Maa! I"
"Do as I say!" she said cutting in.
"I will deal with Papa!" she said under her breath which her brother heard and smiled.
"Rishi!" she called and stopped seeing him smiling "Why are you smiling?"
"Nothing Maa!"
"Hope so! You will have this blanket just for today as you have helped her!"
"Maa!" again her daughter intervened.
"Just today!" her mother.
"Always favouring your sons!" she got up and went to her bed.

"My angel!" her mother, getting up "You promised!" as she passed the quilt to her son who took it smiling ear to ear as she followed her daughter "Promises are meant to be"
"Kept!"
"Then?"
"But it will be a promise when I get to present the drawing made by him at school!" she said as she pulled the soft quilt of her doll over her.
"Think again and you will get to see what is right and what not!" she simply said as she kissed her daughter, over the bedsheets, on her head "Maa will not differentiate between her kids!" she whispered.
"I know!" she said.
"Good night!"
"Good night Maa!" she said as she hugged her mother from under the quilt before she turned on her tummy and went to sleep.
Getting up from that bed, taking her phone from the table, she went to her son's bed and bent down and pushed away the hair from his forehead and bent a little more to give him a peek there but stopped hearing him.
"Maa! I'm grown up!"
"Children are always babies for their parents!" she said and kissed him on the forehead "Don't try to copy your brother!" she added.
"Good night!" he said still with closed eyes.
"Good night!"
And from there she exited the room and went towards the next room.

"Ahaan Maa!" he said from his table with his headset over his head that he removed just now and locked his tab which was on the side, laptop wide open and cell flashing messages after messages.
"You know you need to guide your siblings!"
"Maa! I didn't mean to say that but"
"Are you prepared for tomorrow?" wanting to change the topic.
"Yeah!" he said passing his hand in his hair.
"Who is on the phone?"
"Oh! No one maa!" he said as he got up.
"You know that you can share everything with your parents!"
"Hmm Yeah!"
"Sleep earlier!" she said for which all she got in return is a nod from her elder son "Good night!"
"Good night Maa!"
And as she was going to close the door, he called her "Maa!"
"Hmm?" she opened the door.
"Love you Maa!"
She smiled a smile that mothers only could understand and left from there after closing the door.

As she was getting down, the doorbell rang.
"Finally!" she said and checked the time to find it to be around 9:30 PM "Let him wait for few seconds!" she said to herself as she slowed down her pace to reach the door as slowly as she can.
Checking the intercom video, she unlocked the door to get the view of her men on his one knee with a smile "Happy Anniversary!" he wished.
"I want divorce!" she said and left the door wide open as she moved in and sat on the couch in the hall.
"What?" shocked, he got up and followed her. But in mid-way turned back and went to lock the door before he get to seat near her and left his things on his way.
"You heard it the first time!" she said.
"But?"
"No buts! Marry your work! And be happy!" getting up "I want divorce!"
Getting hold of her hand that she tried to pull it out "What if I don't give?"
"I will give police complaint!" she stayed strong in her angry mode.
"Even if I do this?" he questioned as he pulled her on his lap.
"Sure!" she said trying hard to get up as he circled his hand around her waist.
"Even this?" he asked as he freed her hair.
"Yeah!" her voice became normal.
"This?" he asked as he tilted her head to get access to her chin with his lips.
"Hmm!" and there she went far away from her resolution.

His one touch can melt her.
And that is what happened today and every time, she get angry on him.
"Sorry for making you wait!" he said as he kissed her one cheek "Flight got late and phone is dead!" he added as he kissed her other cheek "I'm hungry!" he said as he faced her with his lips just few inches away from hers.
"Me too!" she said and kissed him as he smiled in their kiss "Love you!" she said as she went for a second kiss before leaving him free "Dinner?" she asked.
"Let me freshen up?" he asked as he got up along with her.
"Hmm!" she hummed and let him go as she went to kitchen.

"Delicious!" as he took another spoon full of mango kheer into his mouth.
"Not as Delicious as you!" she murmured under her breath which went unnoticed by him as he was enjoying his dessert while she was waiting for him to finish his dessert.
"Finished?" she questioned as he was in his last spoon.
With a baby face "Can I have some more?"
"No! That was your last and third bowl! Now get up and follow me!" with her hands on her hips.
"Still angry my dear sweet wif"
"No need for all these lovely words when you don't use it normally!" with a glare "Get up or I make you fall down!"
"I really don't know which Chakor is original!" he mumbled as he got up.
"Bedroom! Now!" she ordered.
"You know that our children can hear"
"Two out of three are in deep slumber! And the boy is studying with his headset on!"
"I think I need to talk to him about being serious and concentrate on studies without listening to the music!" he talked to himself as he started to move towards the stairs?
"Where going?" she asked as she held his wrist.
"Upstairs!"
Palming her head "You are making me crazy!"
"As if you weren't before!" he mumbled once again.
"What did you say?" she asked as she saw his lips move.
Being caught, he acted cool "Oh nothing! Just that I thought it's important to talk to him!"
"Morning is more apt to talk to him than night where we can have a lot more important things to do!"
"If you say so!" he said as he went inside their room when she went to put back the bowls in the machine, inside the kitchen.

"I'm here!" she entered the room with a flashing smile which faded away immediately as she saw her husband on the bed, with a book.
He simply smiled at her without remarking the look which said 'Are you serious?'
"Why the <<>> did you marry me if all you like to do is spend your time with your work and books and magazines?" she asked with a quoting action.
"Children are there!" he whisper-said getting she is angry but not knowing what difference it has to do today.

- What is it so different today?
Well yeah! Our marriage anniversary!
But that also comes every year! -

"What happened?"
"Nothing happened!" she said and stomped towards the dressing table and pulled out a bag from the ground "Except the fact that I wanted sometime with you and spent on getting dress which can be useful for today!" she finished as she threw the cover inside the cupboard and made her way towards the bed and laid down.
Closing the book and putting it on the side table, he closed the space between them as he hugged her from back "Why do I feel like you are having a lot of mood swings these days?" he said as he made her face him but she closed her eyes adamantly.
Kissing her forehead "When Chemistry is working well between us, is biology necessary?"

*** Don't fall for his words!
He is just using your own words to get you! ***

No words came out of her tightly closed mouth.
Kissing the tip of her nose "You are more adamant than our kids! I sometimes worry if you grew up or not?" he said teasingly as his cold hand entered the warmth of her waist, under her sari, making her shiver and himself to get goosebumps. "I think you are tiered as you are getting old!"

- The weapon to rile her up but it is easy to get her cool down when she speaks more than when she is in her swamiji mode! I also started to talk like her by being with her! -

"How dare you!" she pushed him and got on him "You old man! Elder than me! With wrinkles!" she glared as he smiled widely.
"I love you"! He peeked her lips.
"Saying this once in a decade only!" she said with a smile as she moved her head forward to lock her lips with his.

*** He know how to get me! ***

And the simple kiss turned passionate which ended as needy with their hands on each other's body, their clothes lifelessly laying on ground, their quilt over them with their bodies connected magically as they entered the world of utopia.

"Maaa Paaapaaa!" the little girl's voice echoed inside the room.
Trying hardly to open her eyes, she closed it immediately as the rays of Sun blinded her views. With her eyes closed, adjusting her voice as her hand landed on the head full of hair, she screamed "Ask Ayan to get your breakfast! I'm coming!"
"Why are you screaming?" he questioned as he adjusted himself on his special pillow, her chest.
"Kids are awake!" putting her hand in front her eye, hiding the sun, she opened her eyes.
"So what?" he said carelessly and as the word hit his sleepy head, he cried "Kids!" and sat up.

"Why can't you warn me that you are getting up?" she asked as she pulled the quilt over her "It's cold!"
"Let me warm you tonight!" he said with a wink!
"You are talking like me!" she grinned ear to ear.
"When I can see different shades of you, I think you can manage mine!" as he pulled the trouser on him.
"Of course! I can! And I would love to see the N shades of you every night!" she blinked her eyes as she sat up, holding the quilt.
Getting up from bed "How come you were so calm at time?"
"It's when I'm mood off or not with you!" in her thinking mode.
"Oh I see!" he bent to kiss her forehead.
"See see! All is yours to see Mr. Suraj Rajvanshi!" as he opened his mouth to say something, she added "I love you so much my teacher!" letting her quilt fall down as she hugged him.
"You are a teacher yourself for the work you do and for our kids!" he said as he got a kiss on his lips instead of him giving her one, just before he got released from her grip "HmmHmmHmm I think you need to get ready first!"
"Yeah!" she said as she got up pulling the quilt along with her and collected her dresses as she made her way towards the bathroom.

Days started to pass and everything was as normal as possible until one evening when Suraj got a call from his elder son which made him to rush to the hospital.

"Mrs. Chakor Suraj Rajvanshi?"
"Room number 4.25 on the 4th floor!"
"Thank you!" and he was already running towards the elevator in high speed.
Seeing it to be full, he decided to take the steps and ran until he reached the room and pushed it open to see his unconscious wife being on bed with his children around her.
"What happened?"
"Maa fall down when we came back from school!" Charmi said.
"And we got the help of driver uncle and came here!" Rishi added.
"Doctor Uncle had took few tests! He will be soon here!" Ayan finished as his father was by the side of his mother.
Taking hold of her hand in his left as his right hand pushed away the few strands of her hair which were hiding her eyes, he bent down and kissed on her forehead as Ayan looked happily at his parents' closeness while the little ones faced each other and mouthed 'Baby!'

Getting up from the little chair, Charmi went towards Rishi and whispered "Do you remember, Kate said that her parents kissed and she got a brother?"
He nodded affirmatively for his twin sister's question.
"I think it's same!"
"Ohh!"
With her eyes, she blinked in a way to convey 'I am sure' as she went back to her father's side and pulled his shirt.
"Charmi!" Ayan called.
With a 'I will take care' look towards his son, the man turned and faced his sweet little daughter and smiled.
"Papa! I have a question?"
"I'm listening Baby!"
"Well! Hmmm You and Maa Hmmm"

"Doctor Uncle!" Ayan interrupted as he saw the doctor enter the room.
"Ouf!" she exclaimed as she couldn't know what she was going to ask.
"Hey Suraj!" the doctor.
"Hi!" shaking hands "How is she? Is anything serious?"
"Nothing to worry!" he said as he looked at the moving woman on the bed "I think she is getting conscious!" with a smile he continued "Well! That is good too! Congratulation my friends!" the lady who woke looked as much confused as her husband and children "You are promoted from Father of three to Father of welll Four or Five!" he said as he patted Suraj's shoulder "Catch you in my cabin!" he added to the man whose mouth is wide open.
"I got it! I got it!" Charmi jumped up and down making the ambiance look cooler "We are getting two brothers!" she sang.
"No brothers! Two sisters!" Rishi said.

Turning on his feet, he found his wife to smile widely at their little kids who were talking excitedly about siblings.
"We will stop here itself!" he looked straight.
"Mom! Dad! All the best!" Ayan!"
Shying away, she turned her face as she murmured in a way that only her husband could hear her "I wouldn't mind if we hit the Jackpot!"
With a shocked face, he repeated "Jackpot!"

That was lovely Maithu
A sneak peek into Sukor's married life.

Ayan was a typical teenager, full of attitude.
Looks like Charmi is daddy's girl, but she reminds me of Chakor, I imagine she has Chakor's cute pout.
Loved Charmi's reaction to her parents' kiss, baby , how cute.
Loved the twins bond.

Sukor aren't Sukor without fighting, but Suraj knows how to calm her down.
Loved naughty Chakor, especially her behavior the next morning.
Looks like this Suraj is on his way to achieving his dream of having a dozen children.
