Real-life father-daughter Anil Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor will be seen sharing screen space for the first time in the film - 'Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga'
The film's shoot commenced last month, where Anil Kapoor and Madhu Malti started to shoot in Patiala while Sonam Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, and Juhi Chawla joined the sets later.
The film will also revive Anil Kapoor's cult song 'Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga' and interestingly, even the films title is based on the song.
The film will mark the directorial debut of filmmaker Vidhu Vinod Chopra's sister Shelly Chopra Dhar.
Produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra under the banner Vinod Chopra films, It is directed by debutante director Shelly Chopra Dhar and is slated to release on 12th October 2018.
