Given the history where Taliya is consistenly fooling abhi and pragya from years (and even when caught, paid nothing as pragya and abhi are either too mahaan or too dumb), is fooling pragya again that difficult? and we have seen it countless number of times, pragya and abhi share such a great level of communication that less said the better. Though agreed, blood cancer/brain tumor sounds serious and might be a possibility that writer will not go there otherwise how will they show childish illogical romance in front of life threatening danger..from assassin to fires... but pragya did get shot, abhi did get involved in a severe brain damaging accident, purab did get crushed by a truck and pragya sister did died after some gruesome antics. So i am like 50/50 that writers may even go ahead with the brain tumor/blood cancer. Also as this will be part of tanu/aliya plan, so tanu aliya will get consistent screen space and also "to the viewers" , the lead character will not be in danger (but more like getting fooled by villains) so they might accept it.

Fooling Pragya is easy. Tanu fooled her with her baby. What stupid story will Aliya make up and how Pragya will fall for it is still a bit doubtful for me. There have been pretty gruesome accidents and murder attempts in this show. After 1000 epis are they still going to separate Abhi and Pragya??😕 Then what's the whole point of their lousy marriage? And this show? Actually I feel both the lead actors are aging right before our eyes and yet the script in this show is treating them like 20 year olds. That part is a bit jarring.

That fooling part has already happened in various balaji shows of mid 2000's and also 1 sahara show where consistent villain (who is obsessed with male lead- though here tanu is more obsessed with money) joined hands with female lead to deal with another outside threat. This makes her kind of positive or redeemed in family eyes but she had a much bigger plan in place. and through drugs mixed with female lead juices/vitamin tablets and fake blood reports by kidnapping doctor child, she managed to convince FL that she is dying and the whole family will broke if she die suddenly. so then start a 60-70 episode track of female lead creating a hatred for herself in everyone eyes so that they will not that much hurt and will throw her out of the house so that her death in some secluded location will not hurt the family. She also didnt share her medical status with husband and try to convince her husband (indirectly) that now villain is redeemed so she can be his wife.

Now tell me isn't the situation and characters more than ripe for the writers to copy this story. Pragya Taliya joining hands to deal with simonica. And aliya also helping Purab and Disha to deal with Sangram so that she can win the trust of Disha and later on Purab as well. then with redemption, she doing the same thing with pragya by coonvincing her that she is dying of blood cance (Pragya). And we have all seen how well abhi and pragya communicate with each other and also pragya sadist masochist tendencies of not spending time with her husband. so it is kind of fit with the situation. and also our dear Tanu is there from the last 2 years. A readymade redeemed wife for abhi after Pragya created hatred in mehra family mind. (this will take around 80 episodes) and then when Pragya will come to know about the truth. She will again come back with new avatar and abhi saying fuggi fuggi and doing childish thing and more allah waariyan and this time again poor abhi clueless about whether pragya is really evil or good and talking with purab (MIND YOU TALKING WITH PURAB like he always does and not with pragya) that how he thinks pragya may have some majboori. this will take around 100-150 epsiodes. And then 60-70 more episodes of pragya trying to stop abhi tanu marriage (AGAIN). thats 270-300 episodes material and then june 2019 will come (16 months later). And we will be back to zero. Trust Balaji to do anything like that. they have done it n number of times!!
