Embellished Kangana at Junagarh Fort

Kangana Ranaut's upcoming period drama Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi has gained immense eyeballs for the actress; all thanks to her regal looks that have been leaked till now.

Ranaut is bold and fierce in real life and remains the same on-screen for her appearance as Rani Laxmibai. Today, a new still of Kangana donning the avatar of Rani has been leaked. Wearing a Maroon Navari Saree with heavy gold jewellery and not to miss the gold hair accessory, Kangana looks every bit elegant as a Queen. The rose is her hair is a real beauty though!

Manikarnika is directed and written by Vijayendra Prasad, who has earlier directed blockbuster films like Baahubali and Bajrangi Bhaijaan. In a previous interaction, Prasad has assured that the war episodes will be the biggest highlight in the film.

Except for Kangana, Manikarnika also stars popular television actress Ankita Lokhande who will be portraying the role of Jhalkari Bai, who is a women soldier in Rani Laxmibai's army. Interestingly, Jhalkari fought as Laxmi Bai's body double and we are anticipated to watch the same. The film also stars Sonu Sood and Atul Kulkarni.
