Why so many ad posts?

Why are there so many advertisement posts on the forum, where the subject itself is a link. Why is mod not acting on them. As per India Forums guideline these posts should not be allowed and the users should be removed. Its so annoying. The advertiser does not understand that he/she is intruding and no one pays attention to such ads or rather open them.
