New DiRa

Is it just me or does everyone else feel that after this trip DiRa may not necessarily be in love with each other... Maybe they'll just return as two people who've just begun to like each other or probably maybe they'll come back and start seeing each other as potential mates... I don't think they should fall in love so soon... it should happen gradually... they should fall in love like one falls asleep... slowly then all at once... (did anyone get that reference though ;) )

My guess is that this trip is just going to remove that awkwardness which came in their friendship due to marriage...so after this trip they will return as best friends who are not blaming each other for all the mess in their lives.

Besides I think Ratan might start falling in love with her first and then Diya will fall in love a little later... (please don't bash me up for this though) ...maybe that could happen because of uncertainty because of their age gap... I know that she has accepted him as her husband but I feel she might take time...

i agree!! even i think it will take time for them to love eachother!! atpresent they see eachother as friends and are trying see themselves as a couple!! as u said at the end of this trip they may like eachother but not love

Falling in love after marriage is very common these days in ITV. Personally I don't want them to fall in love this soon.I want them to be best friends again just like before, being best friends will make the couple very unique and more realistic because of their past friendship history.

Even I feel ratan will be the first one, as he listens to his heart and is reckless about everything, he doesn't have a strong mindset and thought process like diya which will help him in realising first but the phase after goa will be beautiful. I want them to build trust and care first, pyaar toh hota rahega, as these things are more important in any relationship. I want them to be each other's priority, especially diya! Ratan has always been a priority, of every person, I want him to become diya's confidante.

Surbhi you've put it into such perfect words!!! Ratan sa is gonna be in love with Diya but moreover he will be protective of her and will respect her to the very core of his being and be the one person who Diya will be able to bare her soul to...😆

Agree, and that would take out all the fun out of the show. The process of falling in love is more beautiful in shows sometimes than period after it. Also, I want Diya to become independent again career wise. At present Ratan does cares for her, but he does not have very high opinion of her in respect of many things.Same with Diya, though she being more mature understands Ratan; she is sometimes more rigid in her way of thinking. And rightfully so, she still thinks of him as immature. Until and unless these underlying thoughts of them about each other are not tackled, they cannot fall in love truly. Also, Ratan needs to realise beauty and perfection of Diya. I'll rather watch Ratan getting jealous than the other way round, not right now. But maybe after some episodes.
