So we will finally get the "Shivay shooting Anika sequence tomorrow. But what is prompting such an act from the "head over heels, " ever trusting and problem solver Shivay to take such a step. Well thats a question that most of the audience has been quizzing over. A lot has been said on the suspense and thriller around future track.. so my views on this
1. Veer drugs Shivay - Veer uses the same drug he used on Saumya n Tej , to do as he commneded and then orders Shivay to shoot Annika. (But with the suspense promised do the writers want to make it so obvious and give away such a vital clue?)
2. Its Mahi - In the precap, the moment Shivay turns and Annika gets a look at him, she is stunned and walks back. Did she sense that it was not Shivay but Mahi. Or is it her ability to read Shivay so perfectly that she knew there was something amiss. Or is it the thought that if this is Mahi then is Shivay in danger and she would not be able to expose veer's secret.
3. Missing scene - Are we missing scene/dialogue between Shivay and Annika before he turns towards her.. and Annika doesnt believe what he is saying till he turns and his look proved he is serious( mayb the plan) and he dsnt really have the time to prepare her for the whole act and shoots her. ( Now when u have so many twists to put science to question) maybe its a shot that just temporarily sedates Annika 😉
4.Kalyani mills mystery - Even id Annika's parents were involved in it or were the victims, Shivay will never hold Annika responsible for it. Shivay has not been shown to be that irrational
Only if the story has been twisted by Veer ans presented in a different manner to provoke him like illegitimacy or something
But having said all this, if they plan to kill Annika's character and bring in a new character(annika's lookalike) to pair against him it would be too cliche. Bcz how much ever we like the actors and their skills at personifying the character, the audience builds a certain connect with the "character. And its Shivay + Annika that makes Shivika!
Lets hope for some thrilling and exciting episodes but with some positive agenda to it.
