As per new segment while going to Singapore Ratan gets irritated with Diya as she is carrying 3 bags...she is extra prepared as she is going out of india for the first time...come on Diya has spend 12 years in hospitality industries and she does not know that she need not carry an iron as every hotel has laundry facility

Lol... Suddenly Diya is no more the CEO but has become the village Belle. She has forgotten 12 years of learning.
Think CVS are under pressure to get the trp up.

Another question... She already knows Ratan married her unwillingly due to the situation. What difference maan Singhs letter could possibly make?. Forced and unwilling has already happened.

I hope they get back to the proper story and work on developing it. Right now it feels like bits and pieces stuck together.

Though their conversation was funny but still it doesn't make sense as she was CEO of KMGH(repeating what you said). It is true that when someone travels for the first time they carry a lot of things with them as they don't know, still it doesn't make sense 😕

You are so right!! Idk why they want to portray Diya as ignorant, old fashioned and clumsy even though she's as modern and well-read and much more knowledgeable than Ratan...

😆 😆 😆

This is what I was worried about. Suddenly we are expected to deal with too many lame scenes. I was worried when I saw Ratan trying to take blessings from Diya in wedding itself.

Since the day when he met Diya, he never even once tried to do that. (He has a toggle switch which turns him in English Babu or Desi Lame) It is usual for most of us, to take blessings of people (even cousins) who are older than us.

It is more prominent in royal families. When he met her first time, he was busy ogling her and once he married her, he is busy treating her like an aunty.

Been meaning to ask you... are you a writer? You said something about creative writing...

@111192 RLHN better buck up and tell a story. The TRP has to come with a story. Right now, the show is starting to look very juvenile. Since the marriage they have totally lost the plot. Why is Diya not talking to Ratan about the marriage? Suddenly, her character has retarded. This is the girl who never failed to call a spade a spade. Now she seems to be walking on glass. At the very least she should have a talk with Ratan. But cant blame her either... these two are so busy with tripping and falling and feeling shy or angry where will they find time to talk 😡😡. Well that is my sarcasm. Totally irritated with the direction this show is going.

I was curious to see how Tiramisu was made after yesterday's episode. It needs mascapone cheese. Does the Maharaj have it? How does that get cooked from Rajastani cook book? Even Amazon does not have it in a metro like Chennai. Where will Diya get it from 😆

The other show's writers and director are amazing. The story is moving fast and there is continuity... sadly the leads here are being letdown by the writers and the pressures of the time slot .

Timeslot changed from 9 pm to 8 pm.

I am crazy for Italian cuisine and live in Europe. And I am fairly good at cooking a lot of French and Italian dishes but am not really good at Tiramisu. (The best one I had was made by one of my Italian colleague even a few Italian women who made it could not make it as good)

Even in one of the prominent cities of Europe the mascarpone cheese and the preferred sweet Italian wine are available in Italian grocery store. Of yes, the espresso and the biscotties which are added in it.

I feel the writers had it together in initial episodes but there is some pressure which is making it worse. Most probably from the channel.

I for one never felt like Diya should explode, that is not her style. Ratan being aggressive was expected too. Aggression is a result of insecurity. But sadly we are not able to see the assertive Diya which was a disappointment for me.

Being silent can be graceful and dignified or downright pathetic. A good writer is able to convey each reaction well.

Choice of scenes and locations are important because in shows unlike in real life you can not show everything, you need to choose and pick.

I am not really enjoying the plight because it does not come across as real (more contrived).

Being married to a man who is not really worthy of you nor is a love of your life, is a tragedy in itself. (in some ways, Kaaki ma sa is a good example of it). And dealing with it with grace is a tough situation itself.

Being married to a woman who can intimidate you but is choosing to not do so is a daunting thing. And coping with that pressure along with trying to prove yourself is a journey of a hero too.

But sadly that is not how the show is going on. It is taking a track which is done and dusted for 20000 times and it is not interesting for me.

The worst part is writers are capable of giving us THAT show. I still can not forget the way Diya spoke with Abhay after revelation. It was a classy piece of writing. It gave me hope. But alas!

Even we have to choose and pick. :-D

@ALL_YOU_GUYS
Today I found the recipe of Tiramisu in our paper. I couldn't stop laughing reading the title "Valentines day special cakes : Tiramisu" 😆
