Have you ever guessed that Pinki was telling lie that Shivvay is illegitimate. So anything is possible. But still even if they are not responsible they were there at the time of fire. I think if they are not directly responsible, indirectly they are responsible like from B'day candle or they were drunken but to get insurance money they lied that they were not there and to hide this lie they murdered some people who were knowing the truth. Svet parents and Anika parents could be from them.
