Sameers journey of love from he thinking Naina as Behenji to he calling her his Mehbooba...it's rather transformational
Many posts have been made on this but what I want to highlight is that when the bet revelation happened I and many amongst us thought that Sameer though loves Naina but might think he is undeserving of Nainas love...he might feel inferior hence might pursue for only forgiveness not love...
but the boy proved us all so wrong and I am glad... he pursued her with love affection and consistency... he was in guilt yes but that guilt made him strong not weak... gave him power to fight for his love than to sulk or sit deprived or broken... yes he primarily wants forgiveness but he hasn't given up on getting her love back ...he rightly feels he can get her love if he follows his heart and he is doing that!
he has the the guts to face his mistakes and the intention and will to take charge of the situation to make things better!He is RATHER BRAVE!
He knew he has found a gem in form of Naina and he wanted her back in his life for good... he made efforts... large small patiently to achieve his goal... But never put himself thru a self pity or inferiority complex mode...which was rather refreshing to watch... I am glad cvs showed his character this way rather than a boy burdened by his circumstances and past... he has come out as one of the strongest male leads and he faces his fears makes efforts...thinks...and rightfully pursues what he thinks he deserves!! Not wait for a miracle to happen so things fall in place!!
