Even I didn't get this exactly?Can anyone help in explaining this?

I don't think it's exact number of followers the forum has!!! It's more of like giving points for the no.of followers!!

What I want to say is we have only 10 followers,Comparing with other it is less. Btw what does follower and rating means?

Nancy, almost all of it is relative rating, as far as I understand. I will try to simplify. If there are only six people and 3 agree to something we say it is 50%.

So they take the highest in each category and treat it as let's say 100 and allot the relative points. (The algorithms of these kinds work on a bit more complex analytics but I tried to simplify it as much as possible)

It is to make sure we do not have absolute measures of things. (It also makes sure we keep on visiting the webpage more often)

Ratings come from clicking 5* on the Chaska Meter.

Followers is how many people starred it and added it to their 'My Forums'.

Most of these figures are compared to the number 1 show in that section eg. ishqbaaz has highest followers so our follower number is a fraction of that, yeh un dino ki baat has highest rating so our rating is a fraction of that.

Also how often and how many different people vote 5* stars or a view topic or comment matter...so if only single person comments then points will be lower than if different people commented (that falls under the views and topic section).
