Why I think that they may have married secretly before their marriage:

1) the Karwachauth sequence. Sharanya saw Shiv through the chunni, the sindoor fell on her after hitting Shiv. If Sharanya is married to Vyom then they wouldn't have shown this indirect symbolism.

2) she kept on praying for her pati. And the man who loved her intensely.

3) what if Sadhvi had told Sharanya before too (before her accident ever happened) that if she doesn't marry her boyfriend soon, his life will be in danger. So maybe Sharanya and Shiv married secretly.

4) they shared an intimate relationship. Not necessarily an important point because boyfriends and girlfriends do have intimate relationships but just a thought.

5) and if Sharanya is Shiv's wife/widow then her marriage with Vyom isn't valid. At least not till Shiv is officially declared dead, which I don't think he is.

Just a thought.

6) bcoz the hug under the sprinkler in garden looked like it was in a honeymoon resort location... Dont think any college will have bamboo balcony :S that sharanya was looking over..

I think No, probably shared an intimate relationship but they were not married, if they were married shiv would have been alive coz as per stylish sadhvi they should marry so she can save shiv from danger but shiv is dead now.

I don't think they were married, perhaps they were attacked on the way to getting married. I think maybe Vyom offered to drive Sharanya there and Shiv was to meet them, but he was killed on the way.

Their intamacy, tbh is not that surprising considering they're a young couple totally in love. They don't have to be married legally or religiously to be with each other. It might just be that they were waiting to get officially married but in their hearts they felt such commitment they didn't care.

I think if I am not mistaken , In one of the previous episodes ( wedding episodes)Shiv refers to himself as Sharanya's pati! I could be wrong.
