I have no idea about what Sameer is now but according to the Narrator Naina, she is a writer now.

She had mentioned it in the starting itself.

Though Sameer being a cricketer would be good.

well, according to the true story...sameer will be in business first, then to acting (no luck) and then to TV serial producer :-)

But it would be good if Sameer becomes a cricketer and gets selected in the next selection instead of Arjun...
