CHAPTER 3: THE MEETING

"Bhaiya, Chirag, you both are sure that I will be able to make it this time? Gauri asked nervously while entering the venue. She had never done a live performance in her life and that too in front of such a huge media. In fact, all the famous news channels were there to cover some Ms. Kapoor's engagement ceremony.

"We are sure about your performance as we are sure about the sun rise tomorrow a smiling Dandi replied. "Hey Gauri, do you know, who the groom is? The venue is so perfectly styled and the bride-to- be also looks so astonishing. I am telling you, the groom must be very lucky to have such a beautiful bride Chirag said thinking about Svetlana. "Shut up Chirag. You are so stupid, at least leave a girl alone, it's her party and she is going to announce her engagement date today Dandi said frowning. Chirag was a nice guy but he was still a kid. Being the only son of the country's biggest music director he was very carefree, flirt and an annoying man.

"Okay can we stop the discussions please? Guys if you remember, I have my first live performance today and I am really nervous Gauri said annoyingly. "Areey haan, hum toh isse bhul hi gaye, koi nii tera performance bhi achcha hi hoga. Mai hoon na tere saath Chirag said laughing "Ussi ka toh sabse zyada darr hai saying this a fuming Gauri went to the podium to guide the musicians about the performance.

"Omkara baby, tum yaha ho, come on I have a surprise for you Swetlana said dragging Om to the venue. Omkara did not want to create a scene there. "Areyy bhabhi, you are here come on mujhe aapko kuch dikhana hai saying this Rudra took Swetlana with him gaining a thank you gesture from Om.

"I don't know what to do? I don't want Swetlana's name to be attatched with mine anyhow? Kash mujhe yeh sab naa karna padta Om said to himself sadly. He was doing all this to save his mother but still he was never so confident about this decision. His heart was not allowing him to do this. He was already married. "No no no Om, that relationship was just a cheating done to you he reminded himself and started moving down the steps, putting all his thoughts aside

Omkara was stunned to hear this voice "Risha he spoke. He ran down like a hurricane but the podium was surrounded by the media. He was unable to see anything. Then he saw a spot and ran there before anyone would cover that place too. The moment he entered the place what he saw was a real shock to him. It was Gauri. She was looking gorgeous. Dressed in a black saree she was looking like a pure diva.

Omkara was lost. He was just hearing her voice. As if everything came to a hault. The words were just so perfect for the situation. "Omkara baby, how is the surprise? Swetlana asked smiling. "Beautiful was only the word Om could utter.

"Om, come on, you have to meet Risha Rudra said excitedly, knowing how much his brother loved this girl's voice. Rudra drag Om to Gauri but the media was there for question.

Om was stunned, though he new that he himself does not regarded this as marriage but he felt bad at in a point in his heart.

"So, I would like to thank Risha for coming and making this party even more special for us. So now ladies and gentlemen, I would like you all to meet my to- be fianc, Mr Omkara Singh Oberoi.

And this was a heartbreak for Gauri. Her world almost collapsed when she saw him walking towards the stage. She was already so tensed for her performance since morning that she did not eat even a single bite of anything and now this happened. She tried hard to be in place but collapsed.

"Gauri only this was what she heard from a long haired man rushing towards her.

"Come on Omkara, there are many people who would take care of her Swetlana said trying to pull Omkara from Gauri's side. "Enough Swetlana, I am not ready to listen to you anymore saying this Omkara jerked Swetlana's hand and taking Gauri in his arms left towards his room.

"I would like to inform each and everyone present here that this party has been ended saying this Shivaay ran behind Omkara with Dandi and Chiraag who were still confused about how in the word this artist knew her real name.

But no matter what happen, Omkara cannot leave Gauri..
