In the precap ishita was telling to raman she will be with him & there are so many enemies near him that too like a secret.I think the same thing is happening that happened in autopsy room.There raman confessed & now ishita confessed.And he will be hearing it in the unconscious state that will be reason for his dialogues in the promo & one of his reason to chase her.Don't ask me logic in how can he hear her please...😆😆 but only a simple logic i can give may be after the pills effect is diminished, he will be in half conscious state so he can hear her.So,he will be in confusion when he become fully conscious,His heart will tell one thing mind other😛.And the precap & ishita's dialogue says she will protect raman anyway & in the episode when she came to know the truth that raman is taking the medicine then she said she don't know how to stop all this.So,it means she will have some plan.Or she is avoiding him knowingly for him to chase her. Anyway ishita's dialogue to raman can be after or before clown bhalla's hopeless

So,Simmi outsmarted ishita like always & she bribed doctor & made him say raman got seizure because of stress. Simmi smarty made new report too in the absence of ishita. And her husband is also surprised with his wife's smartness & simmi's happiness by sending her brother to death bed is wow👏🤬.And when ishita tried to say the truth doctor act his part & instead blame ishita itself🥱.So,clown bhalla is going to give his so called kasam to ishita tomorrow😡.By the way by hearing his kasam,it gave me the feel like he is telling her if she show her face to raman he will kills raman😡😡.One thing is clear no one can help ishra only they can do anything.And i'm waiting for raman chasing ishita & what ishita is going to do for him😛.And i wish at leat this time ishita don't trust that impostor or fall in her trap and do something her own to save raman.
