"Vikas Gupta was a close friend of Hiten. "Many people thought that I was doing things on Vikas' command, but it was the other way round. For everything he used to come to me and ask me. Yes it was mutual. Vikas said that during one wkw that Hiten had a very positive influence on him. He used to calm him down on their evening walks.
