A deliberate comparison between Vikas and Shilpa?

Also Vikas was trying to explain why he felt bad about Shilpa asking for food and bitching the next moment, and Shilpa wasn't ready to listen but started with a mock. "ohhhoooho... Aapko bura lagaa?? "

I think these issues in finale week are definitely comparing these two.
