Hi friends back with new update .
Part 25
Raman greeted her parents and told them to feel comfortable ,he also told that as he don't have his parents they only have to perform duties of his parents too . Amma ,appa agreed happily while Raman told them to freshen up and have some snacks . He was still talking to them when his phone rang ,he picked the call and went to his room while talking into phone itself as its from some client . Ishita then instructed the helps to take their luggage to their room ,amma and appa where provided other room while romi and mihika another one .
Soon they all freshened up and Ishita served them the south Indian delicacies which she made for them . All were having their snacks when mihika made faces and spoke " don't mind akka but Mr bhalla is bit rude ".
I(narrowing her eyes ); who told you ,Raman is such a sweet person .He even never talk rudely to anyone ,waise what made you think so.
M- my husband came in your marriage leaving all his work and Mr bhalla didn't even met with him .
I- arey nahi ,may be he couldn't see him. but Raman cannot ignore anybody .wait I will call Raman now itself .
Ro- no leave it ,mihika you also talk rubbish sometimes .
Mi- its not rubbish .
They were still talking when Raman came down calling ishita but before ishita he saw romi and asked " ishi you didn't introduced this gentleman ".
I- its not me but you went talking on phone .
R- I m so sorry ,I was an important call . waise if I m not mistaken he is romi ,your sister's husband .
Ishita nodded happily while Raman forwarded his hand for a handshake towards romi , Romi slowly gave his hand to Raman when he pulled him in hug and spoke " handshake will not do ,we are going to be relatives that to be close one ,so a hug is needed ".
Romi was overwhelmed with Raman's gesture and spoke" so glad to meet you sir ,I was so eager and excited to meet you ".
R- (surprisingly) -you were eager to meet me ?
Ro- yeah ,you are a well known face in business world ,got best entrepreneur award and many more .your company is one if the leading companies in north India and ...
R- arey bas bas.. I m not that great . its not my alone effort ,my elders have done much for this and now my employees, mostly ishita has contributed in my success .
Ro- Ishita ji ? how come .
Romi asked surprisingly while mihika made dirty face thinking Raman is giving credit to ishita unnecessarily when Raman cleared " yeah ,she is CEO of my company and I must say she has done her job quite nicely with her all dedication ."
Ro- ohh .
R- glad to meet you romi .
Ro- even i m also too happy to get chance to meet you sir .
R- now we are relatives ,milte rahenge and you can call me by my name not need to put sir before or after my sir .yaar I m also a normal man like you .
Ro- ok si. Raman .
R- that's nice ,chalo bye . ishita I m leaving for an important meeting, will see you in evening .
I- evening ..you told that you have taken leave from office .
R- yaar li to thi chutti but its drawback of being a owner ,some important clients has come from France and want to conduct an important meeting with either of us . you cannot go so I have to go .
I- ok ,but come soon .
R- humm .
Saying so he was going out while ishita was looking at his retreating figure ,then he turned and signalled ishita to come out . She excused herself and went out behind him ,they both reached outside the house . His car was already parked in the front but he went to the garage in pretext of bringing another car while ishita too followed him . She entered the garage and was pulled by him ,next moment she was in his arms . He tightened his grip around her and spoke " main nahi bulaaunga to tu nahi aayegi kya".
I- I was just coming .
R- when .. when I would had left .badi aayi .. I was coming.Now say me bye ,I am getting late .
I(pecking his cheek )- bye .
R- madrasan tu maregi kisi dinners haanth se . aise kartein hai good bye .
I- yeah ,aise hi kartein hain ,I don't know any other way .
She said only to kissed roughly by him, she smiled between the kiss and pulled him more into her while he pressed his lips demanding entry into her mouth she invited him in ,opening her mouth and both kissed each other hungrily for long ,till they feel suffocated . They parted ,then raman placed a soft kiss on her temple and spoke " now let me go ,its getting late ."
I- jaldi aana ,I will be waiting for you. And yes tomorrow no office and meeting ,yaad rakhna .
R- okk , your wish my command mam .
Ishita smiled listening to him and waved her hand bidding bye . He settled in his usual car and zoomed towards office while she went back into the house . Only to found her father and simmi having a talk .She immediately went to them to listen what's going on and listened .
Appa - simmi kanna ,I know we were not good parents ,had done bad with our daughter . khair Jo ho gaya so ho gaya ,we can't undo it but want to return your money to you . this is your money but its a request please accept my daughter wholeheartedly and keep her happy in this family.
S- no uncle ji ,it was not only yours but my fault too ,I too m guilty of my deeds .bhai was too angry with me but it was Ishita who proved herself to be perfect for bhai and also brought we brother and sister together .aap chinta na karo uncle ji ,bhai loves Ishita a lot , she will never face any problem in this house .
Appa- I m glad that you people have accepted my daughter .Not much but here is some money and jewelries which we had made for our daughters. we had given mihika's share to her and this is Ishita's ,I know it's too less in front of you people but we will be happiest if you people will accept.
Simmi smiled and spoke " ye haq mera nahi hai uncleji ,this is your daughter and son in laws right ,you give this to them. this is a father's love for her daughter ,how can I take or deny this .you give this to ishita .
Ishita walked to them ,simmi saw her and signalled towards the things which Mr iyer was holding . Ishita ran and hugged her father while simmi went from there as she started missing her parents . Mr iyer gave those jewelries and money to ishita ,she happily took the jewelries but denied for money . Amma and mihika was witnessing this scene silently, mihika was becoming angry while amma was normal . Mihika elbowed amma and signalled her to stop appa but amma denied she can't as he has done this with his pension money moreover they had given much more than this to her so she can't deny . Mihika made faces and went from there .
It was evening Raman has returned from office and was busy in talking to simmi and her husband's about calling their relatives and all while ishita was in her room with amma and mihika , showing her jewelries and cloths of different occasions to them .Ishita took out the gifts which they had bought for amma and mihika .Ishita passed the earring to amma and said " Amma this is for you ."
A(surprised )- aiyoo ishu ,this is diamond na .
I- haan amma ,you liked it na?
A- it must be too costly na .
I- amma this is a gift which I and Raman are giving you on our marriage , so don't think about its price ,just tell me you liked it na .
A- its very beautiful kanna .
I- if you didn't liked it we can change .
A- not needed its very pretty .
I- then keep it and wear it tomorrow.
A- as you say .
Then ishita gave the diamond set to mihika ,she too got happy seeing that , then she peeped in another box which was containing Ishita's heavy diamong necklace. She turned green with jealously and envy ,and was looking at Ishita's necklace when ishita asked " miku did you liked it ".
M- haan,.. did you asked something ?
I- Yeah I asked if you liked this necklace .
Mihika shook her head negatively and spoke signalling towards Ishita's set ," no its very small and simple ,I m liking that big one ,can I take it ".
Ishita's face fell listening to her as that was her necklace which Raman has bought for her and she was about to wear in her engagement. Ishita was silent still thinking what to do when Raman entered the room to say something to ishita and noticing ishita lost he went to her and asked concerned " hey ishi what happened is something troubling you ".
She looked at him with surprised eyes thinking,how come he came to know that she is thinking something when he saw necklace in mihika'd hands and spoke " ok ,you are showing your jewelries to amma and Mihika. continue your work and we will talk later ".
I- what you have to ask ,boliye na .
R- panditji is saying there are two muhurt for engagement tomorrow, one is in afternoon about 12.30 and another is in evening at 6.30 which time is suitable .
I- we had send invites for evening ,so evening will be perfect.
R- yeah that's right ,I didn't thought such simple thing .Sach tu nahi hoti to mera kya hota .
Saying so he was going when ishita called him and told about mihika's demand . Raman saw mihika and then spoke " give it to her ,hamari shaadi mein koi dukhi nahi hona chahiye . give it to her ,I m ordering the big one for you which you rejected saying its huge ."
I- what's the need , appa too has given me jewelries .
R- you wear that too but I m ordering.
I- Ramannn .
R- arey you should look like a bride ,chal you continue .I m going .give that to Mihika without any fuss .
Ishita showed tongue to him and said " khadoos when did I created fuss ."
She then come back and gave the necklace to mihika ,she got happy while Amma glared her .
Next day was big day for ishra ,all went to the hotel at decided time . Ishra got ready in their attire ,Raman work cream color shrewani with mehroon embroidery and mehroon pajama while ishita,wore orange color kanjiwaram saree with the jewelries appa gifted along with the huge necklace making her look ethereal in her attire .
Raman was waiting for her in stage while after sometimes ishita was brought by simmi and mihika . She stood beside Raman ,simmi passed the tray to panditji containing rings ,he did some puja and instructed ishra to exchange the rings .
At first Raman slids ring in her finger followed by ishita ,engagement was done . All clapped for ishra while Raman pulled her for a side hug happily .
