Hope you are well. You really must stop drawing parallels between the two shows. They are completely different stories and different characters placed within completely different plots. So much has not been revealed that let's not make any assumptions. Agreed you are a die hard fan of VSC, but then please wait for the story to unfold.

However, if like you say it is the intention of the story teller to draw these parallels and bring in similarities, the audience really will dwindle in numbers because no one wants to see the same story retold and recycled in many ways and this production house will loose reputation and name. Not sure they would want that.
